We were shocked to find a crack in our foundation. SafeStep was recommended by friends. We submitted a couple of pictures and they provided us with a couple of alternatives for a solution. As our basement wasn't finished, we had the repair done from the inside. Two workers showed up and the repair was completed within a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend this company for foundation repair. Good service and much more affordable than expected.

We had a small water issue in a corner of our crawl space. Nick was able to stop by for a consult within a few days of us contacting the company and was a pleasure to deal with. We had the work done a few weeks later and were very pleased with the employees that carried out the work. They were friendly and courteous, put down tarps throughout the house, and completed the work in a timely fashion. Christine in the office was also great! Absolutely happy with the work, and as much as we enjoyed this company, we hope we don’t need your services again (otherwise it means more water issues) LOL

Professional and quick, and they did an amazing job on the landscaping once all the work was done. We haven't had any problems with leaking or flooding since they were there.

I just had Safe step lift a sunken concrete driveway. They did a great job with a better warranty at less than half the cost than their competitor. They even patched anothet spot at N/C. Extremely impressed!

I booked SafeStep Building Treatments to install a Sump pump and drainage system in my basement. The guys arrived on time and started to work immediately. They were quick and efficient, while keeping me informed of their progress. Once completed, they cleaned up the job site before leaving. Very happy with the job they performed. I'll definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

We had Safe Step mudjack the concrete floor in our shop. They did an amazing job and saved all of the floor. They worked hard for 2 days and the results are amazing. The whole floor is now usable again. It would have cost us 4 or 5 times the cost to do a replacement floor. Thanks!

Have had a leaky basement for several years and tried several self-help efforts to no avail. Safe Step assessed the problem and quickly installed a sump pump system with a very quick turnaround time. The crew were professional, polite and did a great clean up job. Safe step also helped navigate me through paperwork for the city. Huge thanks to the team!
