Apparently they can dial a phone but can't answer one. I was called early in the morning, sorry the whole world doesn't work 9-5. Then I spent the rest of the day trying to call them, 20 times in 2 hours, no answer. Oh and apparently they only take calls between 9-11 and 1-3...... except they don't.

This is a terribly run clinic. I’ve been here twice since my ophthalmologist has retired and waited 45 min to 1 hour past my appointment time. They have even missed my appointment completely before and asked me to come back in another date. The receptionists are very kind but clearly there is a miscommunication issue between the front of line, administration and doctors here. I will be asking my doctor to send me elsewhere since I have never been so dissatisfied at a medical clinic before.
