My appointment is for 1pm today I fast for 12 hours like they requested. It’s currently 1:30 and I asked when they’ll be taking me in since they’re already late. They told me it’s another half hour! I have work at 2. If I would have known I would have booked way earlier. They said that there’s not enough nurses to fill in info but yet their all sitting near the front cracking jokes. Make it make sense .

I mean COME ON. I understand it’s close because the weather but at least notice people who has appointment so they do not have to drive all the way and ended up getting locked out. You can send confirmations by email why can’t you send a notice too. It’s 2023 !!!

My mom went in to have blood and ECG test this morning and was being yelled at during the whole session. She was in tears when she got home. The lady technician was impatient and unkind to her. There needs to be some improvement in the attitude.

They take a friends from back door with out appointment

There is no option for a No star otherwise I would have given to the staff of this location. Unprofessional and non cooperative staff.First of all I admit that I made a mistake to reach here one day early from the appointment date. I booked an appointment of 2’o clock, 16th April and reached there on 15th Apr (Saturday, under the impression that today is the appointment day) human error, can happen with anyone.I reached at 1.50 at the counter and there was only one person sitting for a bloodwork, otherwise whole area was empty. That was the only reason I requested them to accommodate, the staff bluntly refused to do so and said they people will be closing by 2’o clock.There were 10 minutes left though, still they didn’t accommodate. This is not the thing that they refused my disappointment is with their tone they used while denying. They people are in the profession where they are concerned about the health and well being of the public and such rudeness has no place here and not at all.

The worst life labs by a mile. How is this place constantly behind with an appointment system in place. Place needs a complete over haul and assessment of quality of work. Also have your workers speak up louder so people can hear there names being called. Or have a PA system installed.

I made an appointment at this location at 10:45 am. I booked my appointment a week ago. When I came to the reception ,the receptionist said I have to wait for a while, she was not sure how long may be an hour or more than that. According to her they were running late at that time they were taking care of10am appointments. Doesn't matter they are running late they should take appointments first instead of taking walking people.i waited for 30 minutes and ask the lady again she said maybe wait more than 30 min. I told her to cancel my appointment. I have no ti.e to waste.I would not recommend this location and would not come back to this location again.

Appointment time does not mean anything to the staff work there. If you are few minutes later you were given a different time to come back. I came in with a appointment however I was not called in for another 30 min. I can’t get the time I wasted waiting. Very sad. Not happy.

People need to understand that the medical sector is incredibly understaffed right now. Yes, it's frustrating when you have to wait longer for your booked appointment but it's not their fault. They're people too, and being understaffed, having to deal with frustrated patients all day takes a toll. NoThey are doing the best they can.The nurse that did my blood work was incredibly kind and gentle. She waited with me when I nearly passed out after.

This place is perfect depiction of over whelmed and chaotic Canadian health system. Doesn’t matter if you book an appointment or walk in you have to wait for more than an hour to get your blood work done. They don’t even serve people in order, people who registered after me, had their blood work done before me. Upon inquiry I was told that they were booked first but in fact they were lined up behind me in the queue!
