I had the best experience at Century Stone Dental, everyone was incredibly welcoming and kind. I had come to Dr. Sims for cosmetic gum reshaping. He was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire process and very thorough during the procedure itself. You can tell he takes his time and really cares for each one of this patients. Dr. Sims had even reached out after the procedure to check in. The healing process was great and I could not be happier with the results! I am very thankful for Dr. Sims and his staff.

At century stone dental they made me feel very comfortable, the wisdom teeth surgery was clearly done well and I healed with not even any pain past the first couple days. Absolutely no pain during the surgery the IV worked perfectly and is definitely the way to go. Dr. Sims even personally messaged me after the surgery to check in on me and make sure everything was healing nicely. Highly recommend!!

After moving to Hamilton 5 years ago I found Century Stone when I had a dental emergency during the Covid lockdown. The staff was terrific; the protocols were so professional. Very impressed and have been a patient ever since (cleanings, fillings, etc.). Well two weeks ago I broke a tooth. There was already a plan to crown this tooth and the one next to it but clearly that planned work had to be done now! The staff got me in that day for a quick examination to ensure the tooth was ok. We scheduled the crown process for early the following week with Dr. Sims. Dr. Sims did both crowns to ensure in integrity of my teeth. The teeth were prepared in the morning visit. The crowns were created on site and fitted that afternoon. Excellent service and care from all. Highly recommend.

My infant daughter had a tongue and lip tie release done recently and I am so pleased with the care and attention we received. Dr. Sims and dental assistant Lauryn are amazing! Lauryn is extremely knowledgeable about tongue ties and supported us through the assessment, procedure and post-care exercises. Dr. Sims checked in with us via text to see how my daughter was healing and provided helpful tips. We were given detailed post-care information and could contact the team at any time for support. The reception staff are warm and friendly. Everyone goes above and beyond for clients. I can't recommend Dr. Sims and Lauryn enough to any family looking for pediatric dental care.

I was referred to Century Stone by St Joe’s BANA clinic when struggling to breastfeed my newborn due to a tongue and lip tie. The next business day I received a call and had an appointment for the following day! Not only was the service fast for me to get on track with better feeding for my baby, but it was also an amazing experience through the support of both the dentist and the dental assistant. I was provided with videos and an in person demonstration which I could record for the after care, as well as the tool that I need to complete the exercises. They also allow you to use a private room to soothe your baby and practice feeding immediately after the procedure (which is complete in 30 seconds!). Lauren has made herself available for me to call with any questions or to come in and have her look at the progress we’re making at no cost. Chris, the dentist, has reached out via text as well to check in on the weekends. The whole experience has made me want to become a patient myself! I recommend for any parent needing to get their babies tongue or lip tie released .

I heard a great testimonial about this place from a staff member that I remembered when I moved to Hamilton. I loved the stylish office and the staff are so friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. And the dentist actually followed up to see how I was doing !!! During the procedure I enjoyed great music and friendly banter which distracted me. As someone who is terrified of dental work I could tell they know their stuff but will do everything to make you comfortable ! EXCELLENT !!!

I’ve always felt very comfortable at Century Stone but was super nervous about my wisdom teeth extractions so I decided to go the IV sedation route. Dr.Sims and Dr.Abe were incredibly calming and made my experience surprisingly enjoyable. Time flew by and the healing processes is going great. Highly recommend for IV sedation and extractions!!

This place is hands down amazing! From the moment we walked in with our 3 week old, we felt comfortable and at ease. Lauryn went through all the information with us about the tongue and lip tie release procedure and answered all of our questions. She was full of knowledge, was compassionate to our worries about our baby and made us feel like we were in safe hands. Dr. Sims was also amazing. Super friendly and took his time to make sure we were educated about the procedure and were at ease with what would happen. He took the time to show us the exercises right after. Lauryn called us three days after the procedure to check in and Dr. Sims texted me on a Saturday to also check in. Never have I had a doctor do that before. It just goes to show how much they care about the babies they help fix. I highly recommend taking your baby there if you need to have a tongue or lip tie released!

Dr. Sims changed our lives. His staff (Lauryn) quickly diagnosed my 4 month old daughter with a severe tongue tie and bilateral lip tie. The procedure to release these areas was quick and I was allowed to stay in the room while it was being done. Since having the release, she is feeding better, sleeping better and generally a happier baby. My experience with this office has been outstanding. They were able to schedule the procedure in a timely manner. They answered all my questions before and even weeks after the procedure. Dr. Sims and his staff remained professional and pleasant during our entire experience with them. Would highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience with Dr Sims and Lauren correcting my sons lip and tongue tie. They were very professional took time to explain things thoroughly and walked us through the after care. The lip and tongue tie procedure was very quick, we then met for a follow up a week later to confirm everything was looking good. I would recommend for other parents looking to get this procedure done.
