This is one of the best tellus locations, amazing staffs and clean and accessible environment. Also its right next to source for additional accessories.

Clean quiet atmosphere, I would highly recommend this location and the sales representative Susan was very polite and professional and did a excellent job providing me with data transfer to my new phone.

Went in yesterday because my contract was over and was looking to get a new phone. The staff were exceptional and the guy helping me was very friendly and knowledgeable! Great place!

This specific location is now awful. They used to have good customer service, but they have gone off the rails. If you want good customer service, go to the Cornwall Mall location.

They did not accept the bring it back phone because they’ve said I move to other services, they said I should call them first. They gave me till May 23 to back the phone & now, when I came there they don’t accept the phone & billed me $500 for the phone. We use telus for very long years, my family too. I’m very disappointed & now, I have to pay for the old phone, so sad.

I prefer this location over the others in the city. Staff was able to help me and spent a lot of time trying to figure out my problem. They weren't able to solve it themselves, but started a ticket with the technical team which had it fixed in less than 24 hours. They even reimbursed a purchase the Cornwall location made that I didn't actually need for my problem.

Had a bit of a nightmare experience with a telus door to door salesman (terribly long and frustrating story that I won't get in to) and went to this location to see if they could help, as I was getting nothing from the salesman. Every person there was amazing, kind, incredibly helpful, and worked very hard to get it all straightened out. Lorenzo in particular was a champ, and I would recommend anyone to this store in particular. Very positive experience!

I had entered this establishment that was following covid guidelines shortly after Christmas 2020. It was clean, well organized and the best part was the staff. I had the pleasure of dealing with Lorenzo, who blew my customer service expectations out of the water. This gentleman assisted me with an out of province plan ( as I do not keep a Sask number ) and was not only knowledgeable but went the distance for me. He got me the phone I wanted, with the best plan and even showed gratitude with a little swag. He made tge experience painless and answered my long list of questions without a moments frustration. He ensured every detail of my service was pin point, accurate and true. Every company needs a Lorenzo. To his manager, give this man a raise, he will ensure happy and repeat customers.

Staff is very informative and likes to be upfront and open with you. They like to point out sales and make sure you get a good deal. They are not the cheapest but they are not the most expensive they are in the middle. They have great plans with good coverage for Regina and Saskatchewan. Would recommend.
