Diners Delight Family Restaurant

Had the Ruben sandwich with baked potato and it was very good. It was Mother's Day and they were busy, but we didn't wait very long. Food was good and the waitresses very friendly, restaurant nice and clean. Our first time there and will definitely eat there again.

WORST BURGER I have ever eaten. Hamburger tasted, felt, smelt like plain frozen ground beef thrown directly in a pan without seasoning and not even formed into a patty shape, making it dry and crumbly with that weird freezer burnt smell. RED FLAG they use processed cheese slices... Wayyyy too much mayo, the entire burger was bland and fell apart into a mushy pile in my hands. Fries were the to be expected boring frozen then deepfried fries. Server never came by to ask how our food was we had to leave seat and approach for the bill. They also dont wrap their cutlery its just a flat open napkin with a fork and knife, no spoon. stirred our coffees with the knife aha. Its not hard to make better food!!!! we dont need anymore boring poor quality Big Stop Wannabes"."

It was ok… the fries weren’t cooked all the way through and didn’t taste that great. The chicken club house was the best part of the meal. Never had the chicken waffles before but they were done well but wouldn’t get them again. Got a milkshake but it was a little to thick for the thin straws given. I’d still recommend people to give it a try at least once for your own experience.

Went for the weekend breakfast buffet. The food was prepared well and the server was fantastic. The inside needs a makeover desperately though to give this place it's own identity.

This was the ONLY place my child would eat cheeseburgers besides Macdonald's, so we were very excited to go back. The food here was always amazing. However, since this place has been sold, it is absoutely terrible! They were supposed to have kept the staff, but there is no way that was the same cook as we had in the past. We ordered 2 of the simplest menu items. My kid had cheeseburger and potatoes (only butter) and I had a cheeseburger with extra cheese and poutine. We also had dill pickle spears as a starter. The spears were great. Our meals on the other hand, were terrible. The plates came out and the first thing notice was the potatoes which had parsley or some green seasoning on them. I get this may be standard, but that's why it was requested butter only. The waitress came over and apologized and went to bring new potatoes. While she was gone, I noticed the cheeseburgers, had no cheese. Literally none. So I approached her at the bar and she came over and apologized for that too. I explained it wasn't her fault. She asked if we just wanted her to bring cheese out and I said no, as there was no way to melt it now. The food would have had to have been re heated or re made to melt the cheese. She takes it, and 1 minute later brings it back with cheese thrown on top. Not warm, not melted. We were also missing 1 set of utensils. Given my child has sensory difficulty along with emotional regulation challanges, this overwhelmed them to the point they started to cry. I myself wouldn't eat a cheeseburger this way either, that's disgusting. So I calmed them down and asked for a bill (pointing out the fact we ate NOTHING of either actual meal as even the poutine was not good). She still brought over take out containers? Knowing we were completly dissatisfied. So I refused them saying we were not eating any of that as it was not acceptable. So she went and brought the bill. 40.00 for dill pickle spears is what we ended up paying for because the meals we paid for remained on the plate. The waitress seemed sweet until the point I left no tip. Then her attitude completly changed and she wouldn't even look at us after that. How about take your tip out of the meals we were charged for, that we should have been. I took the kiddo to Macdonald's down the road where we had actual HOT burgers with MELTED cheese. Pretty bad. This was NOT the quality under previous management. So sad. I made sure to tell everyone I know that loved this place, to not bother going back.

Very good value for your money. Food was prepared properly and served promptly. Stuff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this eating establishment.

My parents and I tried this place for Father's day. It was recommended by some friends of my mother.We had reservations, so there wasn't any wait to be seated. The staff were friendly and the server even laughed at my dad's lame dad joke". Being Father's Day

Everything about the visit was great. The food was tasty the staff were polite and helpful. Would recommend a visit

I truly felt sorry for the waitress. She did a good job delivering a very substandard meal to two hungry people. I will give the cook 90% on the pepperoni. The potato skins only get 10%, no seasoning, over cooked and skins they were. The nachos had all the right ingredients, but maybe if the cheese was melted they would have gotten a 50%. Overall...would not recommend.
