Rocco’s team was very professional. From the time I called to the service call. First and foremost they were on time! The technician did a full and through inspection and walk through and identified the area where squirrels are coming but also potential areas they may come in the future. He suggested various options from treatment of this issue to prevention for future ones. He was not pushy at all. He have honest suggestions and recommendations. The job was completed the same day in a neat manner. He didn’t leave a mess behind and was respectful of my house and property. He stated he will come back to check up on the issue and do a follow up. All in all I am very pleased with the job. The price was very reasonable and the work was impeccable.
