Apple Tree Family Daycare

My son went to Apple Tree Daycare for almost two years and I have nothing but great things to say about it. Judy is fantastic! She takes the kids on daily nature walks, they spend a lot of time playing outdoors, and have plenty of arts and crafts time, as well as preschool/kindergarten educational activities to help get them ready for school. The indoor and outdoor areas are big, spacious and clean. And...Judy basically potty trained my son, which was immensely helpful with my hectic schedule. We miss Judy a lot. I trusted her completely and knew my son was in good hands at all times. Can't say enough.

Judy's House" as my kids affectionately call it

As a first time mom, I brought my 18mo to Judy, and we just fell in love with her and her daycare! Judy is a very caring and patient teacher who encourages a variety of activities (ie crafts, water tables, daily nature walks). My kid asks to go to Judy’s house even on the weekends! I also felt quite safe during the pandemic as she keeps the daycare spotless - I can’t recall the number of times I see toys being washed / dried out in the sun. If you’re looking for a safe and loving daycare for your little ones, I highly recommend Judy’s daycare!

Called to inquire more information about this daycare and the staff is very rude and unprofessional. The lady who answered the phone pretended to not speak Chinese and when she put the phone down to speak to another staff, she used Chinese thinking that I couldn't hear her. The second lady said they are busy and will call me back in a bit. I could hear kids crying and screaming in the background it sounded like chaos. Two hours later I figured it was nap time and called again. It was the lady who pretended to not Chinese who answered the phone again. Funny thing is that I spoke to her in Chinese and she responds in very bad English. I'm like ok can I ask a few questions about your daycare? And she said the teacher is taking a nap. I'm thinking to myself, maybe they're really good to kids but just really bad at running a business? But I won't have a chance to find out.

My daughter has been going to Judy's daycare for the past 7 years and it is her second home. I have been very lucky to have Judy take care of my daughter in her growing years and help me raise a healthy and smart kid. I fondly call Judy her daytime mom". Judy maintains very high standards when it comes to cleanliness

My two boys were took good care of by Judy at Judy's house Since they were 14 months old. Now my younger Boy starts kindergarden, first year at school. They both missed their time at Judy's place. Judy is a responsible person and taught the kids a lot. She always have creative ideas to keep the children busy, having fun and learning. I would recommend this true family like family daycare to others.

As a first time parent, I interviewed several daycares before I chose Apple Tree Family Daycare for my son. I wanted a small group setting with no more than 8 kids, a large enough yard for him to run around in and a daycare attendant who treated him like family. I got that and much more with Judy. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.
