I attended this location over the weekend to get a new phone. I was helped out by Manav S. who went above and beyond and was extremely helpful, kind and professional throughout our whole interaction.Excellent customer service provided by all staff at this location. Every staff member was amazing, helpful, kind, made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable and went above and beyond providing amazing customer service. This was an overall great experience. Also again special shout out to Manav S who went above and beyond helping me set up my new phone! Very happy !

Tommy at the Telus store inside Metrotown Mall was very helpful. I was needing a new SIM to activate my phone on the Telus network, and without all the unecessary tech-stress with some of the newer phones - he provided me with a quick fix and my phone was ready to use- Thank you!! Kamal J at Telus in Metropolis is AMAZING! He was incredibly patient and did so well explaining everything about my mom’s new data plan. He made sure she got the best plan for her money based on what she would use it for. He told her to go with Koodo because that was the best fit! I would absolutely recommend him!
