I went there to get a trim, thinking that they would have experience with wavy hair clients however, the next day when I straightened my hair, the haircut was very uneven

Always a good experience at the great cuts located in signal hill area of west highlands. Sometimes I use the app so I know there is no wait time ahead of me when I arrive, other time I just arrive and take my chances. They always get to me after only a short wait and the cut they give me always meets my expectations. Also, If you follow them on social media or subscribe by email they often send out coupons which make it a great price.

Ingrid from my first visit I found the staff very friendly and efficient I was fortunate to have Gerta as my stylist and found her to be exceptional in her manners and styling - exactly what I was looking for. I was approached yesterday by a lady asking where I got my hair cut . Need I say more . . thanks Gerta

Had my hair shampooed and cut by Christine - this is the 2nd time she's cut my hair - she's fabulous. Great personality, fun to talk to and always cuts my hair exactly like I want it.

The stylist was nice and quick. She was a bit grumpy it seemed from her voice when she asked me about my hair. I admit I was a bit decisive, but she could of suggested something too.As well I think they all need slightly short nails. Which she needs to cut. While she was washing my hair she stretched harshly and left marks on my scalp. Which stung a bit for a couple days.

Great cut and good conversation with the Stylist. And the Bonus today was a sale on haircuts. Only $15!

The whole place is organized and the staff is so nice. Every time I go there I request Christine to cut my hair coz she is the best.Thank you

Really upsetting behaviour yesterday (friday). I was on my long shift and came 45mins before the closure of 7:30. Check in of the app did not work so rushed there to check in person. Was in line and only 1 person before me with 3 hairdressers free. All of a sudden a lady rushed in telling the lady at the counter that the app was not working so she could not check in. The great clips lady made her jump the queue before me and took her in which was ok for me cause I could wait the line as I was just glad I made it 45 mins before. After she took the lady she looked at me and blankly refused service and said it's too late now. At first I thought she was talking to someone else maybe behind me who just entered but there was no one and I realised she was talking to me. I could not understand what happened and I did not say anything and just said ok and walked out. I did not say anything because I have lost complete respect for this great clips branch and will never ever visit this premise ever. Will let everyone know how they badly they treat their customers.

Did a hack job on my hair. No blending and cut off more than 3 inches when all I wanted was a trim. Don't go here. I've never been more upset at a hair cut.Ps. This was the 55 year old, brunette that had a chair at the right back of the salon who has been cutting hair for 22 years

Just went to Great Clips for a quick hair cut taking advantage of the 14.99 deal poster on the window but I was charged full price (27.30cad no tips).
