I was looking for a sofa and 6 dining chairs for my patio and looked at just about every patio stores near me, not finding anything I liked.I looked online and Pro Patio Furniture came up, what a delightful surprise!Anthony showed interest in my search and explained the different types of whicker and cushions, and there it was, the perfect sofa!Anthony then immediately called the supplier re the chairs, showed me a pic and they were perfect to match my patio table.Anthony offers outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Pro Patio Furniture.

We purchased two patio chairs to add to our outdoor seating. Anthony was super knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He was not pushy and gave us a great deal. His showroom had a lot of selection, making it easy to find what you’re looking for and compare styles. We will absolutely be back for future outdoor furniture purchases.

Both the father and son greet customers in a polite friendly down to earth fashion. Then they give you time to browse. They are available to answer questions and give you information regarding the product.The store is large enough to navigate in a wheelchair, and if pieces are too close together to pass they are right there to move stuff outta the way.We went to several patio furniture stores in Burlington and hands down this was the best in terms of service, product quality/price point and service.They have accessories like umbrellas, rugs, pillows and fire place tables.My suggestion to the patio industry, not just this store, is to recognize that not everyone has a big back yard. A lot of people are living in postage stamp condos with small balconies.

You won't find anywhere better in the GTA. Pricing is phenomenal, quality is best in class... And the customer service is unbeatable. Anthony spent hours with us to ensure we had exactly what we wanted, then got it all delivered in a matter of days !!! I would give 10 stars if I could.

Time came for us to retire our tired patio table and chairs. We decided to get a conversation set.We researched the competition and even attempted to shop at one recently early on Friday evening. They were closed.We happened across Pro Patio Furniture in Burlington and stopped.We were greeted by Anthony. Anthony was professional but not to over the top. He made a few recommendations and we made our decision.The quality of his products are great and his delivery service is quick and prompt.We love the new set. We had a great experience at Pro Patio. After checking a few other retailers and finding little in the way of inventory or service, we went to Pro Patio. Anthony is great - explained the different methods of construction and what that means for quality; They have lots of inventory on their large floor so you can check out the product for style and comfort. We made our purchase and got delivery same day.... SAME DAY! When does that ever happen. Overall, great patio furniture store.

I’m from Niagara & looked at stores in my area…. Then found Pro Patio through internet search. Wide selection of product (construction, styles, features), very good prices, and excellent service. Easily found a couple dining sets to suit our needs; Anthony was happy to switch chairs from one set to go with the table we wanted and gave us a great price. We needed the set for a function on a tight timeline and he made it happen. No hesitation in giving this business a solid recommendation to anyone.
