The Costco downtown is convenient. I had a great experience with Melba at the pharmacy! Her service was on point . Very kind , friendly and really efficient! It was a pleasure to deal with her !

Good collection of all essentials stuff available. Get apple products at cheaper rates than apple stores. Awesome food at the canteen and variety of food options to purchase. Value for money. Next to the sky train station. Very convenient location.

Nothing major to complain about. Good prices fantastic service and great return policy. However, today they made me wait 31/2 hours before they took my car in to change tires after promising 11/2 hours turnaround. NOT impressed. I can honestly say they are very badly organised today. I would suggest if people don't show up for work, like they claim, they should phoned us and given us the option to not have the job done today and book it for another day. By the time they are done I would have spent at least 31/2 hours here. Absolutely No apology given either. The only good thing today is the service warranty. I did eventually get a very polite phone call and received an apology from management. Which adds kudos to Costco..I went and had my eyes checked here and bought new specs , prices so much better than my regular optician. Highly recommend you try this place. Also, purchased hearing aids about half the price than other hearing centres but the same quality I am very pleased with mine.

Wow, normally enjoy shopping here but more and more poor service, rude on occasion. Bad hires and lack of training is obvious but even long term employees there seem miserable while others seem great. Hit and miss but should not be this way. So sad as I am a long term customer who brings other to sign up. Just sad.

It's always very well stocked and you'll get the best grocery prices in proportion here, definitely. I just wish the cafeteria side was more convenient and comfortable to order. They need to realize the amount of people trying to order is way too large for the size of their operation

The parking ticket is a problem. you can get a ticket if you don't pay for parking right away. Some of the parking staff will stand right close to your car and wait for a minute and if you don't pay in a minute. they will issue a ticket.

I have been a member for more than 10 years. I like the variety and quality of the products. The only thing that irritates me is that they have a person at the door requesting to see the card before you getting in the store. It doesn't make any sense for me because if you don't have a card, you can not buy anything, and these people are usually rude.
