Spencers

This store has a lot of very unique & cool things to buy, at times I go and look around. Recently a friend of mine went into this store with me and we were both treated very poorly. One of the ladies working called us immature and told us we needed to leave just for laughing in the store. My friend barely speaks English and I was completely shocked at how disrespectful she was to the both of us. Although there was another lady working at the same time who greeted us very nicely and asked if we needed any help. We were in the store for less than 2 or 3 minutes and I thought her behaviour was completely unnecessary, she gave us rude looks as soon as she saw us looking around. Not a great display of customer service.

Spencer's has to be my favourite store to go to, along with Hot Topic of course. I get all my chains and chokers from here, I have a few t-shirts, and if I'm out with friends it's always the place I have in mind in case we need somewhere safe to go because the people working there are very welcoming and helpful, and the place in general is very accepting of all communities.

Gave me severe anxiety. Employees coming up to me angry thinking I stole something wanting me to open up my personal belongs, I am a regular costumer, I go there every week and buy t-shirts because I love them so much. Was there with friends looking at jewelry when an employee approached me because my friend handed me my t-shirt card and I put it in my wallet. Anxiety attacks for several minutes after leaving the store. I am 15 years old. I will not be returning.

For Christmas shopping was very crowded but great store and service

Kari is always very helpful when I go into the store not the biggest fan of selection that head office orders for store hence the 4 star but staff is good and place is well keot especially fof such a small tight packed location

The manager there was so helpful. I really appreciated her taking the time to assist me. Honestly out of all the Spencer's I've been to the staff is excellent. The store is also one of the more tidy ones I've been to. 10/10 this location.

Funky store, always lots to check out ! They have an awesome selection of t.shirts, party games/favours for adults, jewellery, cool bedroom decorations, funny gag gifts, posters, blankets etc. If you are coming in with children I'd stay away from the back of the store as that is where the adult" items are. They usually have deals on

Worst costumer service I have ever experienced in my life. I will never go back here after one employee accused me of stealing. I was in there today and she came up to me and said “ I know u where stealing from us 2 weeks ago”. And me being in shock I just sat there and was like no?. I don’t steal and I have never. That’s something I take pride in and teach my kids. For about 5 mins or so she kept saying no I know u did why would u steal from us. And accusing me of it.After that she rang me up with all my stuff. While she was. She was just sitting on her phone zooming in on a pic and looking at me. I’m assuming she was trying to compare the evidence to me. And when I asked her what she was doing she just ignored me and glared at me. After I said thank u and have a good day. She again just stared at me didn’t say anything and glared. Does she know that this is illegal to accuse someone? I get she is just trying to do her job. I get that. But the way she dealt with the situation was very unprofessional and rude. I’m a regular costumer I’m in there every other week. And I will not b going back. Very disgusted and disappointed.
