Pets in the Country

We got our little Rudy the cockapoo on Easter weekend from Pets in the Country, and he has changed our lives forever! Such a sweet, funny, energetic pup. I would highly recommend Pets in the Country- they provided us training and start up advice with supply lists for new dog owners, first round of shots, and a puppy that got a clean bill of health at his first vet visit. He is easy to train and doesn’t shed which is a huge bonus. Thank you Helena and John, couldn’t be happier!

After I lost my wonderful dog of 14 years in January, I messaged Pets in the country, and they were so helpful. Helena got back to me right away. I was impressed with all the information i was given to help welcome my new pup. In March, I got to bring home this wonderful little girl, and she has been so smart and lovely. From start to finish we had a great experience! In todays world many other breeders have lost the skill of good communications. From my first phone call to each and every email they answered in a timely manner and were very helpful. We are very pleased with our new Golden Doodle puppy Bella. I would recommend Pet’s in the Country to anyone looking for a puppy as they make the process seamless.

Helena and John are the only breeders that I trust 100%! I got my first pup from them 15 years ago and then returned by plane a few weeks ago for my second. It’s clear that their dogs are really well taken care of and they always put the needs of the dogs first. People are constantly asking me where I get such beautiful dogs and I reply PITC!!

Our family has just adopted the sweetest puppy from Pets in the Country. The puppy is just adorable. And, our adoption experience was exceptional. Not only were Helena and John professional and easy to talk to they were very, very helpful. They provided us with a wealth of knowledge about what our puppy would need upon arrival as well as helpful training tips. Helena and John were also very patient and flexible as we were having up puppy shipped out of province. I would highly recommend getting a puppy from Pets in the Country!Update :)It was a year ago today that our beautiful pups were born. Hard to believe what our family would be like without them. The pups are in excellent health and as promised they do not shed. They get along extremely well with other dog and are very gentle and patient with my kids. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Pets in the Country. Helena’s incredible customer service was very much appreciated from start to finish; answering my many questions!Although we did not purchase the cockapoo puppy we had our eyes on (my husband’s allergies got the best of us), our site visit to PITC was fantastic. Helena allowed us time to be alone with the dog to get a feel for her temperament and it was clear she was well taken care of. She also promptly refunded our deposit when we were unable to take the dog.10/10 experience!-Natasha
