Kelly was a great massage therapist! We had such a laugh and it was such a pleasure to be there. I will definitely recommend massage experts and Kelly to people I know! I'll be booking again to go back!

The initial visit was great. The therapist explained everything to me. Laid out a plan for future appointments. I booked my next two appointments for the following two Saturdays. Half an hour before my second appointment they called to cancel. The next Saturday I was on the parking lit, five minutes before my appointment time when they called to cancel. I needed evenings or weekends and they were “able” to accommodate. Sadly they lost my business.

Do not go here*** My RMT was barely using any pressure & I asked him twice to use more and he didn't, was practically gliding his fingertips on me. He had to repeatedly stop to clean oil off his hands as he used to much. And he then finished the appointment 10mins early without notice or explanation despite me paying for a full hour. Save your money & go to a nicer clinic. Reached out and they refused to refund me and offered me a half price massage with another RMT as if that would fix my concern.

My RMT was very knowledgeable and respectful of my needs knowing the amount of pain I was in and delivered the desired amount of pressure without causing more pain, all the while making sure I was comfortable. I went in with a pain level of 8 and today I am sitting at a 6.( difference in only 1 day) Still a ways to go but I feel the difference and am looking forward to my next appointment.

Great experience every time go. Levi has helped me immensely with my neck/shoulder pain from a previous injury. Very knowledgeable and has shown me stretches that I use day to day! The staff at the front desk are also so nice every time I’m there.

Rosewood Spa may be a 10 -in my opinion- ambiance and reception wise, but it is really close and that says a lot.The most important thing remains the massage service and that is absolutely on a high professional level.Your online easy-to-use booking tool works very well. And the therapist Natasha Groulx is top!

Massage didn't start on time and finished early. My massage therapist would stop massaging me to drink her coffee. It felt like she was kneading bread and not massaging at all, even when I asked for light/medium pressure and told her to go lighter. The room was freezing. I just couldn't relax. Will not be coming back. And my back is worse today than when I went. She was so rough. And just pushing in at random spots and holding it for 3 minutes because she thought she felt a knot"."

One of the best massages I've had, Krista really paid attention to my trouble areas and asked multiple times if the pressure was good. Very friendly and experienced I walked out feeling great, I will definitely be back and I've already recommended her to my husband and friends.
