An agent of yours parked in my private spot in a fourplex way off property from the townhouse (on Casey Street in Coquitlam) she was selling (different address on a different street…). It was down a hill behind our property, very clearly not where she was supposed to be. She left her car in my spot for four hours. And as she walked off property when I wasn’t home I had no idea where the owner of the car was to get them to move. She apologized hours later when she came to get her car because I parked right behind her but as a real estate agent (and someone with a car) you know the rules of parking in someone’s private property and she clearly did not care. My car was stolen from in front of my house a year ago when I parked on the street so I take my spot seriously. Train your agents on knowing parking rules please.

We were looking for Condo and one of Agents represented a unit to us and also she said as it is occasion there is not discount at all .The unit she represented was:A condo with StorageMaintenance fee $ 192.00 per MonthHeating included in maintenance feeAfter we moved in we noticed :There is not Storage which base of our contract even we had paid for .We pay $235.00 Maintenance fee every month ($43.00 more than what she represented)Also we have got $175.00 Hydro bill because we have to pay for heating.Also while we were trying to get our storage we noticed she has singed some documents behalf of us without our permission(forgery).We tried to give her time to figure out for almost 3 Months ,but she didn't do anything for us and now she doesn't answer our phone.As a first time buyer we trusted her but , she abused us .unfortunately nobody doesn’t care What happened to us .Even we tried to have meeting with her Manager but base of her not telling true to everyone ,she said my manger doesn’t like to talk to you ,I strongly NOT recommend this agency which they are irresponsible and unrespectful and just triying get the commission .Do not waste your time and money they are the worst .

Went to 2 open houses hosted by Koen Fu and the guy is nowhere to be found. There's about 10 of us that waited outside trying to reach this guy and he never showed. Never answered any calls or texts. If you see this realtor on the listing don't bother going to the open houses, it will be a waste of your time.

Just signed the most messy lease this year...Craig Cook is the most unprofessional realtor you will ever come across.Rudeness aside, which could be just a result of his eccentric personality, he side steps most of your questions and refuses to leave a paper trail so be very careful dealing with him. Make sure he signs what he says. Two stars for surprising me and actually getting a deal signed at all. Go with another realtor within Sabre if you have to, or don't go with them at all.

Great people, and Sandra Parsons is the most amazing realtor I've ever worked with. She listens, she's patient, she's thorough, she's fast and proactive, gives her honest opinion, and her professional advice got me my previous condo, with multiple offers going, and the place I live in now - and stopped me from making a mistake re the neighborhood I was thinking of moving into. Can't thank her enough!

To expensive for just opening the door. They go on vacation before you are finished your sale. No thank you just go with 1% they do the same job. MLS listing and open your door
