1st time customer , walked in ,young bearded guy at front desk takes my scribbled on envelope with my measurements, does his stuff on the computer asked if I need screws (which I forgot ) done and paid for in 10mins awesome, just wish they were open on a Saturday, well worth a visit really good prices

The worst Royal branch I’ve ever dealt with. Manager is completely incompetent. All I can do is laugh at how bad the service was. I recommend you drive a little further, to ANY their other branches.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. First time Zuri user and needed some help. Called before I came and everyone was helpful from the first point of contact. Not a huge job by any means but the customer service was fantastic regardless. Not something you get very often these days. Its this type of customer service that makes me want to use their product on all our deck jobs. Looking forward to completing our first Zuri Deck.
