The staffs and management of Africhange tech just have to the most heartless people ever in the money transfer industry, the wickedness and lack of empathy in the heart of these people is unexplainable. They show no single compassion no matter how much they stress you. It is as if they are doing you a favor and not like its a business were they make profit from. You will call their phone a million times and nobody answers and they will never return your call. I have never seen any business here in Canada that the staffs are absolutely unprofessional with a zero idea on how to treat its customers. My funds have been trapped with them for 5days and not a single call from them to try and resolve the issue. I believe when people start to report them to fintrac, they will learn to do the right thing. We are suppose to be our brothers keeper and help grow Nigerian and African business, but the attitude of Africhange is appaling to say the least. This is becoming a fraudulent act. PLEASE DO NOT ENGAGE THEIR SERVICE IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND. I will have to escalate this matter by filing an official complaint to Fintrac and I strongly believe this will be my solution.

Probably my first time writing a review for anything but the service is fast, reliable and with competitive rates. Have been using it for a little over a year without issues.Only complaint is that after referring up to four people, I received referral fee for only one person. Overall, service is highly recommended. I just hope they don't change because I know as Naija things dey be.

Was sent a mail that my account will be deactivated if I do not do the regular customer review thing. I chatted support but I was told I should not worry. I got deactivated few days after. After sending several mails, I got no response. So if I may ask, what review or rating do you think you deserve?

I am a student based in Canada and I was sent 300k on Saturday 29th of April for my groceries by my parents since I have not started working here . Tomorrow will make it 1 week since that money was sent and yet my wallet have not been funded nor the money reversed back.. When I contacted Africhange support I was told that their wema bank had issues later on they sent a message that it have been resolved yet till now my wallet have not been funded nor the money reversed and for past 3 days now they refused to reply my mails …. Please what is going on , are you guys scam or something ? I need my money urgently for my groceries ….. I don’t have anyone nor family member here in Canada to borrow money from

Fast and Easy way to send money from Canada to Nigeria and from Nigeria to Canada. Great customer service. They only need to work much more on their customer service response time, overall not so bad. They have the best rate ever. Highly recommended.

I have been resoundingly disappointed by this apps service. If your reason is urgent, please don't use their services. Every single time I have funded my account in naira, there have been significant delays before been credited. I believe the fastest I have been credited in naira after funding with my money was about 12 hrs afterwards. Unfortunately, and I hate to say it but the naija factor is becoming blindingly " apparent in their operations...and before you answer with some excuses

Africhange has made it super easy for me to send money to Nigeria and USA. It’s safe, fast and super supportive. The admins give timely information about future or impending hitches. Fortunately, I never experienced any hitches but I enjoy the communication.Great job!!

I must express my disappointment with Africhange all attempts to reach them to rectify my funds not successful. They have been holding my funds now for 5 days in my wallet. I could not complete the transaction, and neither could I retrieve my money from the wallet. I have sent Series of email without any success. This whole thing is now looking fraudulent to me ,dealing with a company where you don't have access to a telephone number to call is worrisome I strongly recommend you don't use this services if you have urgent need to send money to your family in Nigeria. I will have to escalate my issues to Fintrac . Holding my money and not being able to complete my transaction is fraudulent. Please, I need my money back.
