This is a really modern library that combines books and digital assets. The staff are helpful. Psst: visiting Cumberland after a long road trip? They have public washrooms.

I've lived in a lot of places and this is the worst library I've ever experienced. It's new and clean, but this library lacks energy, personality, and inspiration. This place heavily caters towards children and has few books, events, or programming of interest for anybody over 10 years old. Opening hours are terrible - nearly impossible for anyone who works a regular work day.
