Very nice Turkish restaurant in midtown. I'm glad i found this place as it brings more variety to midtown in general. Between two people we shared the Chicken Pide and Mixed Kebab. Both were really delicious and very tasty. I really liked the lamb and veal and you could taste the charcoal. I would like to try out the mixed Pide next time. You get a bread and couple dips to start when you buy food! Will definitely visit again.

We did not have a reservation - the restaurant was half empty - were told that they did not have enough servers/service might be slow - so they can’t have us. We wouldn’t leave so after 2/3 minutes not giving up we were seated. A few minutes after us a group came in and asked if there was space - they did not have reservation - they were seated immediately! Anyhow - the place was nice - the food was good - but not the best Turkish food.

Portions are ridiculously small for the price. I consider it very expensive for the offeringWe had grilled stuffed eggplant and eggplant kabob , the kabob had a lot of fat, I could actually taste the fat.Baklava for desert was delicious

In short, food was good, service was very poor.I was expecting more from the place. My experience was mediocre. The place was very cold, few people were sitting with their jackets on. The service was not that great. Our table was wobbly. We asked one server to put something under the leg and he disappeared. 15 min later we asked another server to bring something to put under the leg. There was only one menu on the table. Had to ask twice to get another menu, took them so long that i looked up for menu on my phone. By the way there is no menu QR code on the table. Then there was an issue with cutlery. The knife was dirty we had to ask several times to get a clean knife. They did not ask for food allergies. In one of the foods there was minced mushroom and we found out about it half way eating the food. I am alergic to mushroom. Would have appreciate it if they mentioned the actual ingredients in the menu (rather than saying vegetables) or would have asked for food allergies. The food was good and it tasted good.If it was not for the food, I would have rated this place as 1.

Cozy place that serves some really good Turkish food.Loved the hospitality and everything on our plates was fresh and tasty. The service was quick and their Kunefe and Turkish coffee is to die for.The portion sizes are more than enough. We had Iskender kebabs and chicken kebabs and you get complimentary bread with main-course.Would love to visit again!

Food was pretty good. For vegetarian there isn’t much. But what I got was decent. I expected a little more though specially for the price. The kebabs were great (family says so). The free bread in the beginning was ok. Ours was hard and burnt. I thought that’s how it is but then I saw others get soft bread. I was kind of disappointed. I expected the server to change it.

It was our first and LAST time here. I ordered manti -turkish ravioli- which had NO MEAT. It was all dough. My friend ordered lamb chops. We found a long hair in the food. We let the waitress know about the issue and they brought us 2 more lamb chops only as per my friend’s request. They charged us for the food that had HAIR in it. The food is the worst in Toronto. Cigkofte had no bulgour in it, can’t even call it cigkofte. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. OVERPRICED. The music was also too loud as if we were at the disco. Won’t come back again.

Keeping it simple as I write this review, I would suggest you visit this restaurant and order the food that I posted a picture of, after that you'll become a regular. Simple as that:)
