As a woman of colour I already struggle a lot with medical discrimination and racism, and I went private thinking I would receive better care and attention but it was actually worse!Terrible service from administration to doctors. I needed a referral for different blood work and doctor was so dismissive and not even me offering to pay for the blood work he agreed to give me the requisition I needed because in his 2 minute assessment 'he knew' what I needed best.On top of that I got charged extra fees for a consult that lasted less than 5 minutes which they added it to my card without my consent, when they specifically told me via phone when I booked I was getting the 'cheaper' appointment slot.DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Reception was very kind.gynecologist dr.Buzaglo was not someone who listens to your concerns and doesn’t believe your pain is real for the amount of money paid you would expect not to be shoved out of her office after waiting almost 2 hours.was not a gentle experience very painful pelvic exam no lubricant was used with the speculum extremely painful she did a 1 second speculum exam I would not recommend you waste your money for this department if you have a serious concern with an infection

Great service, quick, friendly and efficient! Highly recommend if you don't mind spending a bit more money to be seen quickly.

I did all the research before booking myself and my wife with Dr Roy as he was referred to us! Wow was this a bad mistake. We both had back issues. I was more concerned about my wife than myself. We made THREE trips to Montreal $'s and two to Dr Roy. My wife had injections to AVOID SUGERY that lasted two weeks. She was told by Dr Roy that if this didn't work he had other options he could try.Pain is back full tilt! Called Dr Roy and they wouldn't let me get through to him for my wife. She's having bad side effects. So I go online to make another appointment! A very very rude male nurse calls her to only LECTURE her on the Dr's Position. He only does injections and does not follow up on patients or call them she was TOLD. So we don't get to here what the other options were and why she's having these severe side effects that she's never ever had before. What a coincidence. We flew three times to Montreal to see a specialist only to get a rude nurse trying to pass her off. Told her to see her own Dr here in Sydney.My pain for myself is healing both neck and back so I'm the lucky one. I paid $750 for a five minute talk with a promised follow up call when he received my spine MRI. By email, LONG STORY but no call was made the rude male nurse flicked me off.I really don't care about myself and getting ripped off $750 what I care about is my poor wife that is now experiencing 9/10 pain and being talk to rudely by a nurse who couldn't care less. Sorry to rant but the general public should be aware.We are back to the drawing board after me putting all my faith into Rockland clinics. Very disheartening and disappointed! I TRUSTED THEM.

Really bad experience at this clinic.It took multiple emails back and forth to finally book an appointment here as the staff are not clear in their replies and don't tell you the appointment opening times that they have.After we finally managed to get appointments here, we arrived and waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged by the receptionist, then waited almost 30 more minutes to be called for our turns, just to be told that they didn't even have our vaccines (TDAP for pregnancy) in stock because the person taking the appointment didn't ask the nurses!I know human errors happen, but for a clinic to charge $60 for an appointment, they should be operating more professionally. We took time out of work to come to the appointment, waited 45 minutes after our appointment to be seen, and the multiple staff they have on file failed to even verify if our appointment would be possible (either the day that they made the appointment, or the day before, or the day after)!To make it all worse, the nurses all walk around looking miserable and have major attitude when they speak to you. All levels of staff at this clinic are unprofessional and just unpleasant to deal with.

I was unable to get an appointement through my clinic and decided to go private, it will be the first and last time. $370 for a visit that lasted 5 minutes, they did not prescribe anything and simply said it was the flu. That same evening I was able to get an appointment at a walk in clinic where they did a full check-up, found that my daughter had sinusitis, prescribed a pump, did an X-ray to make certain that her lungs were clear. Rockland MD is a joke and a rip off, they charged $45 for a rapid test that we receive free of charge. Think about it twice before you even think of visiting this clinic.

Terrible service form the receptionists to the doctors. Take your chances at a public clinic. The prices do not explain the poor service.

I've gone to other private clinics. This is by far the worst (both locations are bad). As someone mentioned, they overcharge - ie. quote one price and then charge more. Results are hard to get. As for an appointment -- good luck getting someone to answer the phone!No better than the public system, a huge ripoff. Stay away!I'd give zero stars, but the system doesn't allow for that.

They ripped me off. They take your credit card number when you make an apointment and tell you it's going to be 315$, then when you go for the consultation (10 minutes) they tell you a different price when it's done (almost double) and they charge you and there is nothing you can do about it. There is a reason everyone leaves one star. Beware!

Visited Dr. Leandra Rabinovitch this morning for ongoing health concerns I had. She was extremely patient, understanding, and kind. She addressed all my needs and I did not feel rushed. My reception at the clinic was warm and the wait times were reasonable. I did have some difficulty getting ahold of the receptionist initially, but the medical service itself was great.
