Absolute worst experience at this place. Would not recommend to anyone ever, and we will never return. Service was non existent and took forever to get our drinks let alone order our food. Server and managerial staff were incompetent. We had an issue with our bills and pricing and they ARGUED back at us several times and would not honour what was listed on their menu. Super disappointed in how the situation was handled and ruined our night as we sat there waiting for them to fix the issue for over an hour after we had already been there for way too long.

The beer after the completion of the mission is the best one.One notable aspect was the large pizza that was served. It was a pleasant surprise and perfect for sharing among our group. The bar provided a lively and vibrant atmosphere, allowing us to unwind and enjoy ourselves after the long trip. We engaged in conversations, shared stories, and celebrated the successful completion of our journey. It was a memorable evening, filled with laughter, good food, and great company. The bar's cozy ambiance and the camaraderie among colleagues made it a perfect way to end our long-term assignment on a high note.

I’ve been going to national for years but after an extremely negative experience last night, I don’t think I will be going back. On Saturday, April 29, we booked a guest list at Bourbon Room to celebrate a birthday. At one point we went downstairs to go to the bathroom. When we came back out there was a lineup and we were told we needed a stamp to get back up to bourbon room, however when we had come down there was no one to give us stamps. So we explained the situation to some of the staff who were letting people back up, and some of our group did have stamps because they came down a bit later so there was obviously a timing issue with stamps. This shouldn’t have been a problem because if there weren’t people giving out stamps all night, then clearly there would be some gap of people without stamps. The staff were questioning us so we showed the confirmation of our guest list to prove that we were there, and half of us did have stamps so it should have been clear that we were already upstairs. We were still denied going back upstairs and one of the female, red haired staff members was being extremely rude and disrespectful. Throughout the interaction, we were calm and respectful and were just trying to explain the situation so we could continue our birthday celebrations. However, after being talked to so rudely, we felt we had no choice but to leave (with part of our group STILL upstairs).It’s absolutely ridiculous that we couldn’t go to the bathroom without being denied reentry, and ESPECIALLY when we already had guest list for a birthday celebration. It’s so unfortunate that this took away from what was supposed to be a fun night of celebrating. I have never experienced such poor treatment by staff at any establishment and it’s frankly inexcusable. This could have completely been avoided and national and the staff could have managed the situation much differently. I hope in the future others don’t get denied reentry for going to the BATHROOM and the staff learn to manage the situation and treat patrons better.

Just had a great night of bowling at National. Love the vibe here, there was a company event and this place would be the perfect place for something like this for sure. Had so much fun, it's dark and comfortable and the music was great. Had the pizza - sooooo good! Awww I could eat it everyday. Our server suggested drizzling honey over the pizza...TO...DIE...FOR. Delicious!

I visited this establishment for lunch. Got 6 sliders and one beer. I requested a taster for one beer and order it after the tasting. When I saw the bill I was totally surprised. They charged 50CENTS for the taster after a $55 charge for the sliders and one beer. Way to go for nickelling and diming your customers when a taster is a courtesy at all other places. I would never go back here and would recommend that others stay away as well.

Yes employees were nice, but in the bowling area, time was taken away from us because of the balls being jammed and they were trying to fix it which is great, but it cut Into our time and we were not reimbursed for the lost time, not even a simple free drink for our group. For a first experience I was not too happy and felt I wasted my money.

Came here with a group and usually I don’t mind gratuity but Trinity didn’t smile once while at our table. It literally felt like it was a chore for her being there. She was pushing for us to order when the whole group wasn’t even there, or sat down a minute prior. So we all ended up ordering at separate times. She wasn't clearing plates as people were finishing either so they sat there for a good 10-20 minutes. Definitely not worth the 20% tip. We did go bowling afterwards which was fun with the good music playing definitely saved the night. The server downstairs was much friendlier looked like she enjoyed her time there.

Had dinner and bowling here for a work event. I was so impressed by their willingness and ability to cater to dietary restrictions. The food was delicious and tasted very fresh. The drinks were also great. We had a ton of fun bowling, and twice when the lane needed servicing, we were able to quickly have it fixed even though the waitstaff was slammed with several large groups. I had a lovely short conversation with our main waitress and she seemed genuinely invested in us having a good time. I was impressed with the vegetarian food prices too. I found the place really clean too which I wouldn't say I would have assumed for a bowling alley.

This was a late supper. We arrived just as the basketball game finished. We had a reservation which I recommend. Our service was excellent and the food was very good! My salad was so incredible. Crunchy, fresh ingredients. The pasta and the burger were excellent. Served hot with a very short wait! Will be back again.
