Why is there only garbage bins outside? Aren't you guys know about environment? Recycling bins would be a huge upgrade.

I don’t know where to begin. I will say the positives. They give good service.I should just say, a very old outdated complex building that smells like cigs, has bed bugs, minimal number of outdated laundry machines isn’t worth 1700$. So far, it’s truly very expensive for what you get.. Over 1700$ for a basement apartment with 2 rooms. Furnished. Things seem to be broken or fall out on their own(kitchen and bathroom cabinet handles fall out even with gentle grasp) the toilet doesn’t function great. It’s good they have a laundry room, with 2 machines of their own types, extremely outdated(2 of them broke down and they put signs displaying they are out of use) instead of replacing the machines (as if the company doesn’t make enough money to do so) they just get it fixed. They also are not industrial machines which is strange especially for a apartment building of over 20 units. The hallways smell like soup and cigarettes. They made in smell clean when we arrived but it went away. Maybe the carpets. What brings me to leave a comment is regarding the fact I found a fat bed bug (I put it in a water bottle analyzed and comprend pictures online) I’m extremely disgusted. If one unit has one, they all do. Especially since bed bugs move around. It’s currently past 12 and I can’t get past my recent discovery that led me to leave this comment. I feel terrible as my parents will have to wake up to my news..Knowing they have poured so much of their money only for me to find out where my markings and bites and itch is from.
