Lindsay's Landscaping

Have very mixed feelings about working with this company. We hired them to help create a cleaner look in our backyard as well as replace our backyard door. Everything went great, but unfortunately the door latch was left to the outside, making it very difficult to close from within the backyard. Also, the latch is very weak and doesn’t support the weight of the door (our initial reason for replacing). Sent an email to let them know of the problem and was told it would get fixed (adding screenshot). They came a few weeks later with a new latch, but claimed they needed to replace another piece and would be back. We have been waiting for 2 months and have been emailing back and forth with promises they will come a certain day but we are met with no shows. I understand its the busy season and we have been extremely patient but for something so minor, we really didn’t expect so many issues. As a sign of good faith we even paid them for the completed work but maybe in retrospect, should have waiting until this was all corrected. At this point they have stopped responding emails or calls. Attaching screenshot of last email. Clearly they don’t care to guarantee the work once they have received the money, even when they clearly knew they had left a problem.

We booked an appointment and just before the time schedule, they called to cancelled. They promise to send a quote based on the project description that I gave them and never heard from them. If a company it’s not showing respect from the beginning, does it really worth my time and my money? Very disappointed!We are located in Ontario, Canada and the company we are rating belongs to Lindsay Falconer owner located in Stoney Creek.

We highly recommend Lindsay and her team. They did a last minute clean up for us in the Fall just before the snow fell. They were super accommodating, fast, friendly and very reasonably priced for the quality of work. We will use this company again in the Spring!

Good honest people who do good work

Had lindsays landscaping come, design and build a custom deck, and did a full landscaping overhaul on my property and exceeded all expectation!!! Did fantastic work in a timely fashion, everybody was a pleasure to be around! Honestly made me feel very comfortable with having people working here.

Lindsay’s L & C does beautiful work. Their garden and stone work is lovely. They did a great job fixing our fence blown over in a storm. Oh and the decorated planters are very nice as well.

I needed to put a fence up in the backyard so I called Lindsay Landscaping. I needed it done ASAP and sure enough this was during the busy season. No problem though as Josh came out and installed the fence the following weekend. The quality of his work is amazing. Now when ever I look at someone else's fence I always compare it to the one he put up. The privacy and sturdiness is second to none! I recommend Lindsay Landscaping!

Lindsay and Josh did an amazing job with my deck!! They provided a ten start service, quality Deck built within a week. I have recommended Lindsay's Landscaping to my friends and neighbors but didn't need to becouse the quality of their work is self advertising.

Lindsay did an excellent job cleaning up a garden that was a total mess of weeds and turned it into a clean and tidy garden. This is the second garden clean up I have had done by her and I’ve been very pleased both times. Thank you Lindsay!!
