My experience with Garbage Buddy as a first time customer has been a great experience. From setting up my appt, communication with the team regarding what needs to be done prior to pick was amazing. I did a price comparison with other companies and this was the best pricing and customer service received hands down for. I absolutely recommend!

If your debating to try this service out… do it! They are absolutely fantastic! Very responsive if you have any issues, and absolutely does what’s advertised.I recently cancelled because frankly I’ve gotten to the point where I don’t have anything left to purge. House is completely decluttered, and that’s literally because of this service! The process of cancellation was under a minute and although I’ll miss them, I know i can get this service again when needed. Defiantly will use if needed in the future. Definitely will recommend to friends and family. Definitely happy with the experience I had. Try them out, you will be satisfied :)

I called this morning for junk and furniture removal the guys were at the place within a few hours. They provided me a accurate quote over text msg with sending a few pictures. Good price, professional service will definitely be using them again

I’ve been using Garbage Buddy for about 9 months now and I have to say that I have never been disappointed in the service provided. Jeff is always so warm, friendly and helpful over the phone. Sam my pick-up guy is the best! He always has a smile and goes the extra mile in returning my empty bin from the curb to the side of the house. The rate is fair and the service is great! I used the one time service. Despite my short notice and my request for a day that GB is not usually in my neighbourhood GB couldn't have been more professional. I really appreciated the phone call to let me know my bags were being picked up from my verandah.

I wanted to get some other quotes for household garbage pickup and ended up calling Garbage Buddy. Jeff was wonderful to deal with, his price was much better than some of the other removal companies and they picked up all of our garbage within the window that was promised. I loved the fact that we were supporting local too. Will definitely use them again.

Just used GarbageBuddy for a one-time garbage pickup of 5 bags. Within 1.5 hours of contacting them via their website, my garbage was already picked up! Unbelievably convenient and easy to work with. They quoted me based on the amount of bags I had, unlike other service providers I contacted who could only provide a per lb estimate (I don't have a scale lying around to weigh my garbage). Highly recommended and would absolutely use them again.

The website was easy to navigate. I sent a request in the evening and I received a call back next morning. I was given a quote and a link to pay online, with a scheduled pickup time early the next morning. I paid and the item was picked up during the agreed upon time without issue.If you are willing to pay for convenience instead of dealing with disposal yourself, this company is a great choice.
