Promised same day delivery and ended up never coming. Called the number on the website to enquire with no answer for 3 days. Finally got an answer and cancelled my order. DO NOT bother ordering from them. Count the cost and buy off Amazon or an in-person store.

*** update*** received an email saying that it’s not electrical so not covered under warranty, (remember the handle bars were moved once). Was told to remove my review and they will come look at it “out of good faith”. Unfortunately looks like I face a a small claims court battle. I posted the review to prevent others from this nightmare **** update**** Absolutely horrific customer service. Highly recommend you skip this place all together safe yourself some grief.let’s start at the beginning. Went to the shop it’s by appointment only as we found out once we got there. Called the number, no answer. Call was returned several hours later. Appointment booked. Arrived at the appointment the sales associate was not knowledgeable at all. The sales representative tried selling us units that’s parts are obsolete. We had previously did our homework and were aware of this. We purchased a scooter sales person had to make a call to find out information and price. The scooter was used twice handle bars moved once and the plunger that allows the handle bars to go forward and backwards is inoperable. Called were told a technician would be here at specific time, no show. Called was told technician will be there I. Morning, no show no call. My calls now go unanswered over the course of the next couple of days so I emailed was told I will be contacted next morning, again no show. Still no answering the phone. We called from a number not familiar to him received a call right away. We told we are on a list and still we sit and wait. Do not I repeat do not shop here save yourself time, money and a world of stress.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Unfortunately no 0 Stars!My father-law ordered a scooter on July 4/2021. They were given a date for delivery that has long since past. Since then, 3 different dates for shipping were given and still no scooter. I understand they may have supply issue but why not let the customer know if there is a delay!We have tried numerous times to call and only get an answering machine with no return calls. We have to phone from a different number in order for him to call us back. I guess he is hoping for another sale and not concerned about the customers who have already paid.We were told he would receive it on Friday ( 2 days ago) and he would contact us to let us know that he has it. And……you guessed it, no call.Tomorrow this order will be canceled and we are contacting the credit card company for a refund!

Never have I experienced such poor customer service. After the scooter was delivered and paid for, calls and e-mails to Mr. Umer Farooq went unanswered and were never returned. I finally had to call him using a friends phone so he would not recognize my number and would take my call. When I asked him to pick up the scooter he even made a comment about how he couldn’t understand why my father would have difficulty with the scooter as they were easy to use and he had been given clear instruction when the scooter was brought to him (This was false as my father never came to the lobby to receive the scooter, my sister and niece received the delivery and brought it up to my father ) Umer said he would not refund our father and made no effort to hear our concerns. His emails to myself, my sister and my fathers assisted living community were unprofessional and belligerent and at no time did he set up his VM with his name, or answer emails using his title, name or contact details, even when requested to do so. His inability to empathize or problem solve made a stressful situation moving our father into long term care, all the more stressful. We have decided to report him to the Better Business Bureau. After our experience I could never in good conscience recommend this company.

Set up appointment with Omar and he was 15 minutes late. Looked at and booked a rental for 3 wheel scooter. Decided I wanted to check out the four wheel models so messaged Omar and he advised to rebook another appointment which I did for a Saturday morning. Sat in the parking lot for half an hour and no showed up or contacted me. When I got home I canceled my order and asked for a full refund which I did receive. Omar advised his colleague was sick and could not get into their system to find out anything about me. Extremely poor customer service. Would not recommend. Showroom is always locked so you are at their mercy to visit. No storefront options.

My grandmother had gotten a scooter from here, and she depends on it to get around for her groceries and what not, and the other day she moved her handles and they stopped moving mind you she had only moved the bars once and followed the instructions and did exactly what the sales representative showed her my mother wrote a review and email to get a technician out so they could repair the scooter but they keep pushing it off, and not getting back to our calls, however they did take the time to write a rather aggressive email stating my mom should take her review down Or they are not sending a technician out to assist us, this place of business is terrible and has now left my grandmother without her only means of transportation and that’s absolutely disgusting don’t waste your time here go to someone else whose willing to care for their customers.

I am extremely disappointed in this company!I had to reach out initially just to receive confirmation of my order being placed. After reaching out, to ask about shipping details, I was quoted a 2-4 week shipping timeframe. After reaching the 4 week mark, I reached out again, to then be quoted a 2-6 week timeframe. When I threatened to cancel my order and rescind payment, I was told that my item would ship at the end of the week if I let my order go through. Which I did. At the end of the week, when I hadn't received the tracking info that I was told would be sent once the item had shipped, I reached out again asking for confirmation that my item had in fact shipped - I was told yes and that it can take a day or so to receive tracking info. The following Tuesday, I received the tracking info, and a confirmation that my order had shipped THAT DAY. Not the previous Friday, as I had been told. I specifically asked at 4:30pm on the Friday, if my item had shipped out that day, to which I was told yes". Is this a normal practice for Scooters Direct to lie and mislead their customers?? They knew just what to tell me so that I didn't cancel my order and rescind payment. And then once finally shipped

Truly the most horrendous customer service I have ever had. We rented a scooter for my Dad and when we tried to call to have it taken back (within the refund window) we were ignored repeatedly (our Dad regained his mobility after his fall and no longer needed it). My sister called no less than 8 times and none of her calls were returned. When she finally did get a hold of Umer Farooq he was rude and beligerent. I do not recommend dealing with this organization.

Amazing experience - started with the ease of appointment booking online. When booking the appointment I gave a brief description of what my mom was looking for in a scooter. When we arrived for our appointment they had already brought out scooters that they thought would be the best fit for my mom. It was such a great experience to be able to test drive the scooter, my mom had never even driven a car before :) They were so patient and very knowledgeable. Scooter bought and delivered without any issues. Great experience, friendly no pressure sales, great prices, highly recommend!
