Spend $40 on a family meal and get nothing but dry bones this is ridiculous. Mostly wings in the bucket and 1 drum stick with no skin and as thick as my thumb.

Wasted 10 minutes looking on my phone for code to order as he said he had 900 codes to pick from. Top item on lit up menu above him was chicken sandwich combo 9.99. Needed a code to order it which he couldnt find. Left to make something much quicker at home

Maybe in time the experience would come together as it looks like a work in progress. The staff wasn't overtly attentive and I had to fish them out.

Ordered the family meal today. 10 piece bucket with 3 large sides. The chicken was so dry, you had to dip it in the gravy to be edible. So disappointing. Come on KFC, chicken is your signature dish, you can do better.

Terrible customer service. The man that was working there lied and was rude. The food was obviously sitting under the heater for to long.

WORST KFC experience! Forgot my parents 4 piece chicken with thier meal. Gravy is water (no flavour) Our meal was very bland, chicken had no flavor, fries were cold. I do not recommend going to the Langdon KFC. Absolutely awful...

Every time we come they are always out of half their regular menu items. They don’t know what the specials are and what is on their menu. They seriously need to have more detailed training from management or the owners.

Horrible! The gravy is so watered down it tastes like nothing. Imo chicken has been under a heat lamp and then thrown back into the deep fryer. So dry and the skin is like leather. Save yourself the cost and stop at the KFC in Strathmore
