If I could give a minus score I would. Horrible service. I order 2 burgers waited 10 mins than asked to pull ahead an still no food. Literally was the one car in drive thru. You couldn't get any dumber staff if you tried. You would be better hiring monkeys to work the drive thru

I found it to have a burger that has the taste and appearance of when I first had a whopper many years ago. The meat had that chargrilled flavor. My only complaint would be if the meat could be hotter, but I found that ALL Burger King's meat are the same that way. The size and the tomato and lettuce and sauce were nice. Both my husband and myself were very impressed and will stop there again. The staff was very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

They might be new in the area and could use some improvements in areas of speed and efficiency in both the front and getting orders out but I would go again and patience is key for long lines right now so be patient and let them do it as best they can till they get their footing.Side note to the management of this restaurant always have someone at the till it makes it look bad for you.

I wish I could give a higher rating but each time I've been here the wait is at least 20-25 min in the drive thru even with no one in front of me. The staff is always as expected, nothing above and beyond, no one goes out of their way to be friendly but they do the job. No bad attitudes but no good ones either. The food is always 110% cold no matter what time, or how fresh" it seems you're getting the food. Even dine in is cold.Management/Ownership needs solid recourse. If they could see how their image was already in the first few months of being open

Food excellent!! Service was good.The only thing is the design of the doors, allowing lots of cold air to come rushing in everything someone opens door.The bathroom door does not latch needs to be adjusted.But so happy Burger King is in Steinbach!!!

The food was very good. We went to order inside right before lunch to beat the rush and still ended up waiting over half an hour to get the order. By the time we received our food the dine in area was packed with people while the drive through were the only orders put rushed

Waited half an hour in drive thru for the rudest service I have ever experienced, and garbage food, they might as well not have put any toppings on the burger, the fries were cold and no salt on them. I will not go there again, unless they get their act together. Two big thumbs down.

I ordered ahead and set a pickup time. When I showed up there to pick up my order, I noticed that only then they started my order. It took 10 minutes to get it ready and of course everyone else got their orders before me, even people ordering after me. When I asked the girl why my food was not ready and explained my situation she said well

Today’s experience was better than the last time. Last time it was the parking, but this time it was just that the time it took to get our food ready was absurd. It took over 20 minutes, and I got worried that they must’ve forgot about our order. The food, I can’t complain about at least. It was fresh and hot, and was very tasty. Lucky thing we were just killing time. I rate this 4/5 for now. If the service could be faster, I would change my review to 5 stars. The restaurant was spotless (very clean). I will return soon. And I realize you guys just opened, so I understand it will take a bit of time.
