Only care if its to do with actual collision work, useless otherwise. I was given a number for Marco for paintless dent removal and the guy never called me back after a week. Terrible. Also inquired about getting a different car painted and Mark couldnt give me a number between 5 and 10k after saying they dont paint full cars much anymore". Great way to drive business away."

Ask them how they are going to repair your car and you'll soon realize it's the small details that makes them stand apart from the rest of the companies. I've had two jobs done by them. Can't even tell the vehicle was painted it matches so well. Staff is always pleasant to deal with.

This team is outstanding. Right from the moment I dropped off my car till it was returned, all interactions were very professional. The car was returned, washed and detailed. Definitely recommend this business!

My vehicle had to go in for repairs for a repairs due to an accident and the service was amazing. From Lynn and Mark dealing with the insurance adjusters to the rental car agency , they where amazing. When I picked up my vehicle after the accident you would never know that the whole driver's side was damaged at all, my vehicle looks amazing.Thank you Giles Carstar

PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE.I had brought my Civic to Carstar before for a small insurance claim and they were prompt, the work was perfect and the car was given back to me cleaned inside and out with friendly service and great communication throughout the engagement. Fast forward to my recent experience with them, this time a small restoration/rush and paint fix, paid for out of my own pocket. They were busy, understandable for a good shop, but got me in for a quote right away. The price was the below average and so I scheduled immediately. Before the work started I was informed that there was some work missed and that the actual cost should have been significantly more but upon pickup they provided me with an incredibly reasonable invoice for the quality of work that was completed. In addition the vehicle looks incredible and they even cleaned my interior.When selecting a shop to work with you can review quality and price but the integrity of the owners is not something easy to know from a quote.For that reason I recommend Giles and suggest that regardless what the quote says you will end up being treated much better and have more peace of mind when working with them.

PLEASE READ!!!!These fine folks are AMAZING!!!!! Deadlines were met with end of use for car rental. Car was cleaned perfectly.Went over all of the repair and explained what was fixed. Even what you can't see. Made the process simple for the customer. After dealing with an unforgettable car crash the CARSTAR team stepped it up. If I could give this business zero stars I would..Writing this on behalf of a co worker who isn’t in tune with how to review. Took his truck in for some paint work (nothing too major) car star proceeded to mess up their “fix it” job not once but twice. Now having to go back for the third time they state they do not warranty “rust repair” BUT their own “fix” is now potentially causing surface rust.. You would think taking your vehicle to “professionals” would be the way to go but not at this location.. Honestly could have done better with a rattle can and saved time and money. Highly do NOT recommend this business and if you end up using them please check over their “professional work” because you will find shortcuts and hack worthy workmanship
