Clean, stylish, luxurious office setting with a great view in a great location. Cutting edge technology and instruments. Friendly and efficient office staff. Great doctor meaning he was very engaging and friendly, easy to talk to, answered all my questions [and I had a lot], great with kids as well. Very, very impressed with the doctor. Seems young yet established in his field at the same time and smart [and not just the kind of smart that comes from his training]. Great referral from my own doctor. Moral of the story. Not all doctors and not all referrals are created equal, but happy with this one.

The treatment I did for dry eye had side effects that went away almost entirely in 8 weeks. It did relieve my dry eye symptoms. Dr. Maharaj is pretty good at expressing eyelid oil glands manually.

I saw Dr. Maharaj today for my first eye appointment regarding one year of intense symptoms, 3 other specialists and only short-term relief from other interventions. He was extremely compassionate, patient and validating which was such a relief after having horrible experiences with opthamologists, etc. I had my first IPL treatment + cleaning today and I have a very clear outline of the future plans to help with my issues. It is expensive, however I am hoping it will be worth it in the long run. I highly recommend seeing him for dry eye issues especially if you haven't felt heard elsewhere. I will follow up a review on treatment outcomes in 6+ months if I remember! :)

eyeLABS is an excellent clinic to deal for your eye health care. Dr Maharajis just awesome!! I have been going there for 4 years & have always received excellent care. The staff & the Dr are very caring & knowledgeable.i have been treated with respect as soon as i walk in the door.They are very accommodating with appt times & will fit you in. All questions are always answered with patience. They take time to make sure you understand the treatment. I would not go anywhere else because of the wonderful results I always get to any eye problem I have. i would highly recommend eyeLABS to anyone looking for eye care!!

I saw Dr. Maharaj for a dry eye consult and was really impressed with the efficiency of the clinic (Oakville location), friendly staff, and Dr. Maharaj's kind bedside manner and obvious expertise. I am optimistic that his recommended treatment plan will help me and am looking forward to future visits.

Used to be great until Dr. Maharaj was no longer there on a full-time basis. They never ever pick up the phone. I have been calling them 10 times during business hours throughout the month of April and have sometimes waited 20+ minutes on the line and they still don't answer. I also went to get contact lenses that are specifically made for sensitive dry eyes (they supposedly had them). The lenses are unbearable and you can tell that there is nothing special about the way that they are made. In other words, I could have gotten them from anywhere instead of driving for 2 hours all the way to Brampton. The front desk had also wrote the wrong address for delivery and it took a while for me to get a hold of them. I also bought 2 Hylo eye drops for $45 each and one of them had the lid broken even though it has never been used.

I can’t express enough how amazing EyeLabs is. I came to them in pretty rough shape with my eyes, and already (only partway through treatment), I’m feeling a million times better. The staff are incredible and Dr. Maharaj is amazing too. They’ve recently moved to Prism Eye Institute, and even with the transition, their services and support remains the same. Thank you!

Improve your phone answering system.Doctors and staff are good in general but they keep pushing everyone to send an email for all communications. Common, people come to you reduce the strain on their eyes and you keep asking to send emails for every little thing, indirectly asking your patients to increase their screen time ?I never had a luck connecting their Mississauga dry eye clinic location. If I have a choice I would choose a smaller location which is not very busy so that they can be quickly reachable.

DO NOT GO HERE! I had been a client of Dr. Mahraj for about a decade. I will not be going back. Firstly, they never, ever pick up the phone and it's so hard to get a hold of them. The staff does not listen and is rude. I did my eye examination and purchased contact lenses. I only purchased a 6-month supply, which lasted me for a year. When I tried to order another 6-months worth, they said sorry but we will not issue you a prescription because you need to come do another test since it's been a year." In other words

I was referred to the dry eye clinic by my regular optometrist and so far my experience has been very positive. The last appointment I had I called to confirm that everything was still good because the weather was lousy and things were being cancelled and closed all over.. They said they couldn't find my appointment, but they got me in to see the doctor that day anyways. I appreciated that very much seeing as how I was coming from Barrie. The doctor also made sure I had everything I needed until my next appointment, which I also appreciate. I'm very glad I decided to come here because my condition has improved quite a bit. The front desk staff have all been helpful and nice. I would recommend this clinic to others, for sure!
