Performance Improvements Barrie

Great for odds and ends that you need ASAP. Staff is knowledgeable and the store is great to look around. Barrie doesn't have many speed shops but PI is a good resource for local car enthusiasts.

Bought a helmet for autocross this morning. Staff was super helpful and they even had my size in stock. The guys had tons of info and for a product that they could easily gouge on in barrie, they did not. I am super satisfied with my purchase ,the price and the service.

Just placed my first and, unfortunately, the last order as the store is going out of business. Dave helped me a lot, very knowledgeable and friendly. He is truly good for Performance Improvements.

I’ve been a customer for 11 years. Now they charge my Corporation list price. Im not paying list price. This is horrible business to business. Its only one guy shafting me. Go somewhere else. This is against manufacture dealer guidelines.

Knowledgeable staff, awesome product selection, and a great location on Dunlop Street. I got the K&N filter I've been wanting that fit my car's air box perfectly!The only thing keeping this from a five-star review are the grey tables and floor markings that are left over from the pandemic. Makes the place feel a bit off from normal.Other than that, I recommend Performance Improvements!

Great place for aftermarket parts to customize your ride vintage or new spent many hours as a teenager @ there Queensway location drooling @ all the custom cars that would be in the parking lot dreaming one day that I would own one years later I did a 71 Nova that took 3 years to rebuild thanks to these guy's the car was a real head Turner unfortunately I had to sell her so I could buy a house 20 years later I bought a 66 Charger the guy's came through again this time @ the Barrie location David and staff were and still are very knowledgeable and helpful as well super enthused to trick out my ride the car is almost all done so I don't go in as often but they and national moparts have turned my dreams into reality a million thanks guys

Fantastic. Went to two competitors first. Not only did I get my Mickey Thompsons, but it was suggested I wait a few days and catch a sale. They were already the best price I could find, but now even better. Two days later they are ready to be picked up. Quick, efficient and very knowledgable. Again, Fantastic. Now for brakes.....I know where I'm going.

Awesome place, the guys know what they're talking about and are really helpful. Yes, car parts are expensive, but so is a car project. If you're going to complain about part prices maybe consider taking up knitting? Or maybe something less expensive like taking trips to space? These guys are competitively priced and pretty much the best prices you will get locally. Too Expensive" should never be considered in a review
