Apple Service Depot

My phone was sent here for repairs by a third party shop. I confirmed through apple screen time report that their technicians went through my photos and messages extensively, and no action was taken by the owner.If you value your privacy, consider a different option.

I spilled water on my Mac which caused it to stop working. So I took my laptop to alary technologies located in Oshawa who was supposed to be a certified apple tech. They charged me 169.50 just to look at the laptop and then told me they could not fix it as parts was no longer available for order as well as so called third party modifications. I called Apple Service Depot, dropped off the laptop and picked it up 2 days later working properly with a 3 month warranty all for $175. I showed them the email from Alary and they laughed. Told me the motherboard had a little water damage and that's what the issue was. I will definitely use them for all my computer needs from now on. Beware of companies that wants to charge you an inspection fee, my experience is they are not capable of doing the job and are just scamming you. Apple Service Depot thank you for fixing my Mac and not taking advantage of my situation.

Take screenshots before approving any quote. They jacked up the price when you picked up. No sms no emails notification!

I was lucky enough to meet Adrien a good several years ago, he had done some repairs for me and had installed some drivers and programs at another time as well all without any problems. Like many people I have done some basics on my own and I have also tried some other computer techs" always to have problems. Actually in some cases I think I knew more than some of them!Adrien and his staff are very knowledgeable

Went here to install the operating system on my 2011 iMac. I tried to factory reset my iMac but I was unable to install the OS. Apple Service Depot took care of me in a timely manner for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this repair shop. I'll definitely be back for future Apple repairs.

Best professional service at best price.I had water damage with my MacBook Air 1466 and got $400 Cote from another store but Apple Service Depot's Adrian got it fixed for only $90. Adrian is extremely professional, Kind and very organized. They have a huge setup and 8 professionals fixing computers all the time. They give you rough estimate over the phone and complete diagnostic on site and the best price and very professional service. You can mail your computer to them as well. They were extremely busy but he fixed my MacBook same day when I told him it's my kids computer for school.

Had my 2013 MacBook repaired by Adrian 5 years ago when he was running the business by himself, and ran very well until I had to take it back in again recently. Glad to see him as a manager now, and his guys fixed it up good as new again, even faster than the $2k PC I tried to replace it with. Highly recommend coming here instead of the Apple Store.

I have been to Apple Service Depot twice. Both times I have had very professional and timely service. However, recently around the end of November 2020, I went to replace my Macbook Battery because it had a service recommended sign for replacement. Today is only 2 months from that date and my battery is already giving me a service recommended sign. I tried to call to ask but I have not had any responses about my battery failure after only two months.
