Very unprofessional doctor. She did not conduct any actual exam during the appointment and gave a diagnosis before understanding what has happened. She just Google online and told me what I already know. She seemed rushed to go home at 2pm, and probably anticipated a negative review so did not even introduce herself with a last name.

I took my son to this clinic yesterday. This is my third or fourth time and each time was a pleasant experience EXCEPT for this last visit. The RECEPTIONIST was extremely rude, combative and unprofessional. I have never experienced such an unprofessionaland disrespectful person in the health care profession as I did in this visit. Although the doctor was kind and very helpful, I would highly recommend anyone to pick another clinic just due to the unprofessional and condescending manner of the RECEPTIONIST. I will provide one example, using profane language in front of children and discussing the strong smell of weed" is not how a medical office should conduct business (and this ONLY one example of many that occurred at this visit). NEVER EVER AGAIN!"

I was a final year McMaster student at the time of my visit. Unfortunately, I got the stomach flu right before exam and I could not leave the toilet for more than 5 minutes. The doctor didn't listen to me and presumed I was faking it. He wrote the certificate with an annoyed look and handed it to me. As he walked out of the door, I had to ask what I should do. He responded by saying about what? I said the stomach flu... He said oh nothing, drink lots of water and preceded to walk out the door. He didn't take any vitals or ask me any questions. I understand there are some students who fake illnesses to get out of exams, but as a final year student I can tell you I would not elect to delay my graduation. A true doctor should not judge or make any preconceived notions about their patients.

I've only had great care here. Better than my G.P. at the time by a long shot: a doc there insisted on me following-up with a dermatologist, totally unrelated to my reason for being there. It caught pre-cancerous lesions my G.P. had refused me any referral for. I'm puzzled by all these bad reviews.

Horrible service! Rude receptionist, this clinic has gone downhill. The doctor’s can’t be blamed when the place is being managed badly.

My experience at the Dundurn walk-in clinic was nothing but positive. The doctors were knowledgeable and professional, and the receptionist was kind and warm. Overall, the service was great, and I would go back for sure. I highly recommend.

My 1st time visiting the clinic was on a Wed. It was positive Dr. was friendly and very helpful. An xray was ordered for pneumonia but then I could not get the results as the clinic was closed. I had to go to urgent care as I was very ill.was closed. wasclised

Will contuie to visit this clinic doctors take time to exame and listen to my concerns. The office is clean and The receptionist very kind, patient and helps in anyway she can. deffently my go to walk in
