Like i always say... there is 100 dispensaries and one every 4ft. I chose this one to spend my money and got a faulty product that leaks. All i hear is theres nothing we can do... no exchanges so i will find a new spot to spend my bucks. 15% off isn't much compared to the price of the product. Lame

First and very last time I shop at this dealer location, the seal on the product I purchased was broken!!! I went back into the store not even 10mins later to ask if I could get an exchange or my money back, I was told we can't help you.. its disappointing that they can't proved safe undamaged products... also it feels like there is product missing from the contents as well, not sure if they tried to pull a scam on me or not. Unfriendly employee last night and he didn't ask IDs while I heard some 16yr old brag about how easy it is to buy from the workers.

Amazing service! Had a lay over in Toronto and these guys brought me my order within an hour AND were more then great to deal with despite me giving them the wrong hotel (not from the area lol) driver was happy to drive the extra five minutes and was very patient while I figured out which end of the airport he was on. 11/10

Phenomenal quick and friendly customer service and they close at a reasonable time. Budtenders are knowledgeable in the variety of products. Vanshika's and Kabeer's help provided the perfect choice for my needs.

Terrible service threw weed maps and the site. I offered a screenshots, The agent tried but after 2x im livid as a client, i have insomnia and use it medically now i have limited time to get what is for me medicinal. They told me NOT to order threw weedmaps, their site is better, nope then i needed to try uber.. so maybe u guys should check out your end instead of making clients jump threw hulahhoops. The only good thing is despite my fustration this time the agent remained calm and professional. No solution but, ok u have that..

Ordered at 9PM, delivery didn't arrive until 12:30AM. Driver wouldn't even come up to the apartment. Terrible service.
