Gone in here price checking a few things between other stores in the area, thus place is SUPER overpriced. High quality bow torch here is marked up to $75, when you can get the same thing down the street for $40! They get from the same supplier too, this guy just wants to rip people off.

This fine establishment has been my prime choice for the past 4 almost 5 years and i will continue to recommend this store to all my friends.

I purchased a $200.00 portable vaporizer called the GreenLightVapes G9 H-Enail and it didn't work, The owner said there is no refunds or store credit. Now im stuck with this flawed product. By far the F'N worst customer service ever! #Beware

Best vape store I've been to really nice workors good prices

Went in to see if there was a part for my nail rig. My former shop is gone. I asked for a male to male and he said he had none. I was going to look at bong setups but noticed a straight piece and thinking it may suffice, he pulled it for me to examine.Another customer came in and he told me again he didn't have that part and started to greet the other customer. But I asked to look at another one, he called a popper bowl, and he got it for me. I felt rushed but thought it would do the job.He rang it up without asking if there was anything else I needed. Then I flubbed up the pin pad and had to restart it.Another customer came in. Surely they can allow me to finish my purchase, I don't mind waiting my turn.He said he hoped it worked for me. I didn't feel his sentiment but yes, it did. And the handle holds the glass bowl well enough.Cheer up man and take your time. You lost a much larger sale rushing me off. I could have been easily swayed into a new large bong today. I've not been well enough to shop by myself in nearly three years. Happy new year. Will try you again another time.

Of all the head shops in Guelph this is by far the worst. The place is barren and the employees seem angry to see someone walk in. Also tried calling to ask their hours one time, went to a voicemail that has not been initialized by the customer....

Very helpful and friendly staff, fair prices and great selection. I have made many purchases here and they have never let me down. Definitely recommended for anyone who needs a bong or pipe. Large selection of papers and lighters too.
