My mother had a great experience with this company! They were punctual, efficient and worked very well considering we had limited time to use the elevators! The furniture was shrink wrapped to perfection and stacked neatly for storage! We’ll book again! Definitely recommend!

I first used SQ1 movers in 2020 for a move from Mississauga to Kitchener. It was a good experience as Hassan did it himself. The second experience came in 2022 when moving where Hassan was not present (two other guys were). The guys were careless and bumped furniture into my walls causing damage. I actually had to help during the entirety of the move because I didnt trust these guys. This happened multiple times. Not a huge deal. What is a big deal is the fact that they brought bed bugs into my unit. How do I know this? Because a bin that was only opened during the trip and not touched since the move was FILLED with bugs. I've been dealing with this issue since and it has been costly. Unlike the first time when Hassan helped with the move, these guys did NOT SHRINK WRAP MY COUCH OR MY BED FRAME. This likely may have made the issue even worse. That's disgusting. Some furniture was wrapped but not everything. Would not recommend. Will be posting a review on here every month till I'm refunded for the garbage service.Was loyal to this company but will never be using their service again. If you absolutely have to use these guys make sure Hassan is the one doing the move.

These guys are professionals, love how quick and efficient they help with moving. Beenhaving them twice in the last 8 months.

They are the best. I had them for my move and their service is excellent. They didn't waste any time like other moving companies to get more $$. They tried their best to move in shortest time possible. No damages or scratches to any piece of my furniture. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Square One Movers moved our family in early March of this year from one house to another. It was definitely a HUGE and overwhelming move of our family. However, they did an absolutely amazing job. The guys were all very respectful, trustworthy and keen on ensuring that were satisfied with their service. I cannot begin to describe how wonderful the experience was; they were very careful with moving the furniture and it literally felt like they were moving their own personal things! I would highly highly highly recommend them for any type of move you have!!!!!!

I moved from Mississauga to downtown Toronto and chose to call SquareOne movers because I *hate* moving. I’m so so glad I called them! Specifically, Abdel, Wael and Mo were fantastic!! They took amazing care of my things, were friendly and fast. They couldn’t have done a better job. They are 100% worth every penny and I’ll be sticking to them in the future. Highly recommend.
