Staff were amazing, super friendly. Dr. Ellen Kinzl herself was so patient with my little guy. I’ve never been in-and-out of a vet so quickly while being so well accommodated!

Dr Ellen and team have been excellent providers of care for our elderly but beloved spaniel. Always provide excellent care in an informative and compassionate way. During the pandemic especially restrictions added challenges but we always found them to be accomodating and helpful.

Dr Ellen is an amazing vet. I trust her completely with my cats. She has cared for both with excellence over the past 2 1/2 years. She recently performed a surgery on my youngest - it was just such a smooth experience and her work was incredible. Thankyou with the sincerest appreciation.

It can be really tough to find a great, caring vet in the city and we're so fortunate to have the LV Animal Hospital in the area. Dr. Kinzl and Dr. Reid go above and beyond to ensure that not only is your pet healthy, comfortable, and safe- but that anxious pet parents are at ease as well, and always go about things with so much patience and understanding.Courtney and the rest of the front desk team are also super helpful and lovely to deal with pre and post appointment. If you're looking for a new vet (especially if you're uneasy from previous poor experiences) you can breathe a little easier knowing that your pet is in the hands of an outstanding team at the LVAH!

Took my 10 week old puppy here for her checkup and vaccinations, they were super helpful and were able to book in last minute appointments as my pup was having tummy issues. There was no wait and the doctor gave us ample time to ask all our questions.

I like the service here. The doctors are very friendly and helpful. The examination is thorough but it is pricey as compared to other animal hospitals in the area.I take my pets here as it’s convenient for me. Its important to take appointments in advance as there can be some wait time.
