I came across Dimages searching for an engraver for a memorial gift for a funeral. As the item I wanted to engrave wasn't typical (a large framing hammer), and time sensitive, I was either turned down, or the prices were outrageous, simply because I required expedited service. When I talked to Ryan, he was very knowledgeable, his schedule was very accommodating, and his prices were the best of all the engravers I spoke to. He took some of the ideas I had, fine tuned them, and completely nailed the end product. I recommend him very highly, and I can't wait to find something else to engrave so I can use him again!

I don't normally write reviews, but I just had to say that Ryan provided outstanding service today. He patiently answered all of my questions, came up with options and texted pictures of the possibilities to me. Start to finish was a few hours and he even provided a nice box with a bow for my engraved item. Flawless!

I had 2 pieces of wood engraved and they turned out just as I had requested. And they were super nice about informing me about the type of file needed to have the engraving sharp and not pixelated and let me resent the file
