We had leak issues which were dealt with professionally and quickly. Our tradesman was Ryan, and he was excellent. Explained everything to us and was extremely thorough. I highly recommend.

Ryan from Hitman Plumbing is exactly the plumber I am looking for: kind, honest, professional, friendly. I am a picky person so at the beginning I was not sure if I could trust him, but Ryan is not only an amazing plumber who comes to fix my pipe within the shortest time, but also a very kind person, I am more than happy with his service and will work with him in future.

Ryan is the best plumber I’ve used hands down. I’ve used him for several jobs and his work is always quality and he’s great to communicate with. Most recently; he helped us hide a clean out pipe by chipping away the concrete, installing the new pipe, adding concrete back, and staying until 8PM to get the job done. Now, it’s all hidden and looks amazing!Good luck trying to find another plumber that will do all that.

We had a leak coming from under our kitchen sink. We called Ryan and he was amazing. He came quickly, diagnosed the problem even more quickly, and got our plumbing fixed within an hour. Super nice guy. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Extremely unprofessional and has no professional courtesy. Misses appointments, deadlines, doesn't return calls. Ryan has delayed my renovation and has wasted my time. Stay away if you are looking for someone that is responsible.

Ryan installed a new faucet, toilet seat, and shower head for me a few months ago. He was quick to respond, showed up the day he said he would (he got delayed but responded quickly when I texted), and did high quality work at a very reasonable price.I called him to install a faucet at my parents’ place recently. He needed to reschedule due to weather, and let us know right away, and rescheduled for the next day. The guy that came to do the install did a good job, but there were some other issues which Ryan promptly and effectively responded to, to my complete satisfaction.In short: high quality work, fair prices, and good customer service. I will call Hitman for all my plumbing needs, and have also recommended them to friends.

I had Ryan in today to swap out three sump pumps that I purchased. Before he got the gig, he made extra effort to get out to see our situ and had some really straight forward honesty and confidence that he can do the work. His rates are reasonable, his work is top notch, his attitude is refreshing and he handily provides superior customer service over the many other local plumbing contractors ... great job Ryan and thank you.

Called Hitman plumbing after we hit a water service line, the owner showed up within 20 mins and turned the water off then fixed it, all in under an hour and we were back to work. We had a good laugh about the situation and he told us we should carry a water key with us so he doesn't have to get muddy next time. Highly recommend this company, very professional and didn't try and rip us off.

I was dealing with my sewage problem in my basement for weeks - no company we called could fix it except for Ryan and the guys at Hitman Plumbing. They got it done, and I couldn't have been more satisfied with their service. It was quick, they were pleasant, and got the job done. Would recommend to any household no matter what the issue.
