I've included pictures of a before and after, before the fibers are all smooth and identical, in the after you can see how this unprofessional family ruined the blanket.Awful experience, completely ruined a 500 dollar blanket. Their solution was to refund me my 42 dollars and cut their ties.They claimed they tried their best, be aware they will take on jobs they clearly cannot do. In the end the will not be professional. They are completely out of touch with society and how a company is supposed to treat a customer.I'd highly recommend to go somewhere much more professional.Where their best doesn't ruin your product. Maybe somewhere that will make amends of their problems.Very poor experience. I hope no one wastes their money on this business.The fact they have nothing to say should show people they are just trying to pretend this didn't happen.Professional losers

My daughter got a dress hemmed a couple weeks ago for $30. I just picked mine up and they charged me $90. That is insane. Ask your price before you leave anything with them. Never again will I go there!

Very friendly and kind staff. The best quality dry cleaners I’ve ever experienced. They also have a multitude of options for when to pick up your clothes. Happy to have found a go to spot for my dry cleaning!

Was told $20 to replace a zipper. Just had to pay $70 for two zippers on two jackets.Normal bomber jacket.Update: the $20 was to fix a zipper but since they replaced the zipper it's $35.A heads up would have been nice.

Live on the other end of town and used this cleaners because of a friend's recommendation. Did not disappoint. Amazing work on very short notice.

This place contains humble and friendly staff (a female very friendly). She was pleasant and professional. Concerning to cost is very reasonable. I had my Louis Vuitton shawl dry cleaned and had small ink on it, and was gone completely. Thank you very much.
