Knowledgeable staff and most of their building supplies are inside.I live in Welland but their has been occasions where they had stock that was not available on Welland.Always a good experience!

Excellent customer service and prices!! They built some custom stairs for me for my patio. Frank took the time to come to my house in Welland to check out what was needed, they made a template, cut the stingers and had me check the fit until they fit properly, built the stairs (which are awesome!!!), all at an unbelievable price!! Very very happy, and I will be going there first for all of my home improvement/hardware needs!!
