I came here to get some tiles for my bathroom and they were super helpful, very knowledgeable, and the staff was very patient and helpful. The whole experience was very amazing and I will definitely come back here again when I redo my kitchen tiles.

The people who drive the delivery truck for this company, are crazy. One cut me off to make the turn lane, then brake checked me. People like that who suffer road rage, should not be delivery drivers. Shame on Olympia for allowing that type of behaviour in its drivers.

The gentleman that showed us around (despite computer system being down) was kind, knowledgeable, and patient with our questions and concerns. Definitely would recommend despite the reviews because this is a reliable company when it comes to orders being fulfilled and our contractor working with them.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was in the Don Reid store this evening and I was extremely disappointed by the service we received from the cashiers. There were two girl cashiers at the registers and both of them were very rude to us. We were simply asking for advice and their opinion, given they have experience, and whether we will receive a call once our order is ready for pick up but they responded in a very insulting way. We were shocked by the awful customer service especially during these unprecedented times.

Honestly this place is really poorly run. You get tossed around from person to person, reception to reception. You walk in there and everyone is just sitting on their phone. I have been trying to get their tax number for over 3 weeks now and crickets. I spoke to a lady named Taylor today and the attitude on that girl is unbelievable. I would not recommend this place, this is on top of getting broken tiles in my orders. This company is so lost I don't know how they even know their own names.

I think Olympia Tile is a great place to buy ceramics however their product pickup area is terrible. Last time I went I had to wait 25 minutes (in the freezing cold) to pickup a bucket of tile adhesive. I was the only customer there in line! Warehouse staff avoid making eye contact and at one point two staff members came outside in front of me for a cigarette break. This is not a one off. I typically wait at least 15 minutes. I understand that this is a warehouse and there are COVID challenges but that is no excuse for not being customer focussed. Improve this aspect of the business and the rating goes to 5 stars
