I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN . I VISITED MR.JOHN MOON IN MARCH 2015. HE CHECKED MY HEARING AND ADVISED ME TO USE HEARING AID FOR BETTER HEARING, I HAVE BEEN USING THAT HEARING DEVICE SINCE THEN AND IT IS WORKING GOOD. WHEN EVER THERE WAS A PROBLEM IN MY DEVICE HE DID ITS CLEANING OR CHANGED ITS PART. IT WAS MY DUTY TO PASS ON MY COMMENTS TO ALL WHO HAVE ANY HEARING PROBLEM. PLEASE DO VISIT HIM IF NEEDED . U WILL SEE WHAT I HAVE COMMENTED IS HUNDRED PERCENT TRUE.

Don't waste your time to see Dr Florence Mok. I've never seen such unprofessional and useless doctor. For all of questions same answer - I don't know ". So what she's doing in medicine and who has given her certificate and license. All she's capable of (and does that great) is to swipe your OHIP card. Even 1 star is way to many for this so-called doctor."

My grandmother doesn’t speak English and is extremely hard of hearing. John was very patient and understanding. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

I recently saw John Moon the Audiologist at Chorus for some hearing and audiogram testing. He was both thoughful and thorough. He explained my testing and results and was extremely knowledgeable. Excellent bed side manner and very professional. I would not hesitate to visit him again.

This place is exceptional. We were desperately looking to have a hearing test done for our daughter on extremely short notice and had left a phone message with Chorus asking for help. John Moon received our message and, although the office was closed, he came in from home to help us out. He's friendly, professional, and very good with kids. Really impressive, wish I could give more than 5 stars.

First hearing test since 2014. Referral from my family Dr. Arrived 10 minutes before appointment but had to wait as they were a little behind. Hearing tests and discussion done by Jerimiah who first apologized for my wait. He was very thorough, professional and informative. Receptionist very nice and efficient. Good visit. Highly recommend.

Our four years old son had two ear infections, and the doctor from Chorus Speech scheduled him for a PHONE consultation after more than three months.We told him our son was twice on antibiotics during this time, but he still couldn't find the time to make a proper consultation.They called us to confirm we'll attend a phone consultation and told us we'd have to wait another two months for an in-person meeting. I'm assuming the doctor gets paid for each consultation, even if it's just a phone call, and it doesn't heart them to get paid twice.I'm unsure how a specialist can treat a small child over the phone without looking at the ear.

Amazing customer service! I was a walk-in on a Friday afternoon. I was looking for any doctor in the Oakville/Burlington area to do ear impressions. I found this place via Google maps. From the time I stepped into the office, I was welcomed by the receptionist with warm greetings. Dr. John Moon was able to fit me in last minute into his schedule. He was very professional, knowledgable and meticulous. It is certainly refreshing to see that excellent customer service still exists these days. I would happily recommend this place who requires their services.
