This is in my opinion by far one of the best apartment buildings located in the heart of uptown Saint John Nb.I have Lived here for over two years and this fairly new four story building has all the amenities and convenience you could possibly ask for in an apartment building.This building has over 90 units that features everything from a Townhouse suite right down to one, two, and three bedroom apartments. There is Laundry room, garbage shoot and recycling bin on every floor. There's custodians who clean the building every Monday to Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm along with maintenance usually on sight.The Prices aref weĺl worth the convenience and luxury of having a Canada post mail box and key, a very secure building that requires a key card to enter also monitored by 24 hour surveillance cameras, The intercom is a really great feature that when your apartment number is dialed it rings directly to your cell phone regardless of where you are you can buzz that person in. They have a common room available for anyone to use or book privacy. They have underground parking and an elevator. They also have a subsidised program for people with disabilities among others.The apartments are all sound proof and have heated ceramic tile floors as well as air exchange in all rooms. All appliances are new and the lighting is great. I love the Abbey St.Andrew Apartment building located at 181 Charlotte St, Saint John Nb.Really Great for young professionals who want to live uptown or anyone who wants to live in comfort regardless of their needs or circumstances availiable through Housing alternatives in Saint John Nb.
