We recently hired George Kent through Lowe's to remove our old insulation install new insulation in our attic and we are very pleased with the results. The crew was very respectful and professional; they were timely, cleaned-up after themselves and were very diligent. Our attic was in particular rough shape having had a pest issue in the past. The crew made sure EVERYTHING was removed prior to the new insulation being added. The crew really went above and beyond to explain everything that they were doing, to invite us to have a look for ourselves and they even added a few extras as an added-value. Refreshing to see that professionalism still exists these days

Recently had attic insulation top up in my house. Everything was done to my satisfaction. My floors were protected and the crew vacuum afterwards leaving my house clean. I am comfortable and Happy with the service I received. Would recommend.

Our experience with George Kent Home Improvements was that of disappointment and frustration. Disappointment that George Kent Home Improvements decided to cancel our order after four months time (they did not tell us why they cancelled it), and frustration in the amount of effort it took on my part in order to get responses and updates from the George Kent team along the way. Buyer beware.

Great service! First impressions from Rasool were great, he was really knowledgeable about the roofs and insulation. He showed me every piece that went into my roof and answered all my questions with patience. The wait time they gave me was accurate and they have the best quality roofing. My roof looks great, I recommend them.

We hired this company about 10 years ago to put a new roof on our house and insulate our attic. They were not the cheapest estimate by a long shot, but I’m so glad we decided to go with this company. Fast forward to last week when I noticed that a cap had come off and a damaged shingle on our roof. I contacted them through their website explaining the situation and inquiring if an inspection would be covered under warranty, and somebody called me back within 48 hours. Long story short, less than a week after I reached out a team showed up at my front door and did the warranty repair with no fuss. This is unheard of in this industry, and we will definitely be contacting them for future renovations on our home.

We used this company to install some new windows, new front door, new shutters, new tin work on entire exterior, new soffit, new fascia and new roof. There were some frustrating moments dealing with supply issues with covid. Could they of done a better job commutating those delays? Probably. Was the work done really well? Absolutely. Their sales rep John was fantastic including having our roof replaced within 2 days of water damage to our newly renovated interior of the house. Their prices are competitive and the work in all areas was excellent. Recommend for sure. Thanks John!

Had a two man crew come and install some slray foam insulation at our Hamilton jobsite. The two employees showed up on time and were very polite and easy to talk to. Not only did they do a good job they left the place the same as it was when they showed up....and as a genereal contractor I appreciate that the most tbh. Great job Blake....sorry I forgot your co workers name but he deserves a shout out as well.

This company will damage your property or your neighbour’s and refuse to fix it.I recently completed a roofing project with George Kent through Rona. I spent $8,000 on this project. During the roofing, my neighbour noticed damage to his windshield and found a nail from the roof near his car. This company refused to cover the damage and stated that they are absolutely sure the nail didn’t cause this damage (what are they CSI? This is complete nonsense). Their representative told me if I wanted to I could pay to fix my neighbour’s windshield from my own pocket. Their representative was rude and argued with me for 15 minutes while I was in clinic seeing patients (making those patients wait even longer in the middle of this Covid pandemic). I also luckily found two nails on my driveway before I pulled my cars in. Or else, I would’ve had flat tires which this company would’ve likely refused to replace.Also, we were promised that we would receive a 12 months no interest no payment plan for this project if we put this on a Rona card. However, when we got our first Rona credit card statement this turned out to be false and Rona refused to honour this contractor’s false advertising. Bottom line: they will lie to get your business and they will damage your or your neighbour’s property and refuse to take ownership or fix it.

booked the service through home depot , was a bit skeptical at first but i was visited by Rassol , their sales person and he walked me through the process i did my attic in the garage first and after that i was pleased with the service and booked them again to do the spray foam insulation in the walls of my garage, they are clean professional and i would not hesitate to recommend them

First off. I’m a very happy customer right from day 1 when Tibor came and quoted us. He was honest about the job and gave us a round about date. Office staff also very friendly I felt confident that we picked the right company to do our Reno. The young gentlemen who showed up was great very organized and efficient he knew his job. And I can’t believe the great job on the new modern door trim he put on I was surprised by that. My husband and I are so pleased I would definitely recommend George Kent Renos to anyone.
