Such a fantastic company!! We stumbled upon them and have been so pleased ever since! Their staff are friendly, responsive, and treat you with respect, even if you don't understand exactly what the problem is! They take time to walk through the work with you, and are extremely responsive when you have questions or need work scheduled. They do excellent work, and are reasonably priced compared to other companies. Not that I would ever want to go through the stress of having plumbing emergencies, but whenever we do again, we will be glad to have them back to help!!

Where do you get off terminating a co-op student for failure to miss some recycling (accidentally leaving it out overnight) and put stuff away properly, when he hasn't even been there 3 weeks. It's your job to train them, and every day my son came home happy until he called in today to not go in (on his March Break) no less then you literally terminate him. The excuses left would no way even pass the bar on the ESA.You can not reasonably legally or otherwise have a set expectation of any worker suddenly becoming an expert in your inventory and manifests in 3 weeks. That's also absurd, given it's from a 16 year old first time coop student in a specified field. You were aware he had no experience at all when you agreed to take him on. No one can learn the trade by being terminated after making mistakes and being allowed reasonable time to correct those mistakes; usually with guidance or a manual, but best of all practice.Talk about taking advantage of a student. There's still time to make it right, my son works hard and he is willing to learn if you teach him. No where was there any indication of a problem prior, you failed to notify your concerns first to his co-op teacher, and you never even gave him a verbal then written warning as still required by law. I hope you see this, I hope you call Daniel and I hope you make it right with him. In the mean time, we will be reporting this to school staff.

We recently moved into a home that needed all the poly b pipes removed from the entire house. Vandermeulen plumbing did an excellent job! Fast, good work, always on time, virtuous and left the house clean after their work was complete. We will highly recommend them to family and friends. Prices were very reasonable. Any upcoming plumbing projects we may have will be with these guys! Fantastic work guys!!

The team did such an excellent job with everything! From quoting the work, friendly, professional and quick.So courteous about the noise and mess, even asked if I had a mop(the house is under renos so I didn't care about them cleaning.)There was an issue with my new sink (my purchase and a product issue) the guys were great trying to troubleshoot, even talked to the manufacturer to explain the issue.I'd recommend Vandermeulen to all my friends and family and will be calling again to finish up a few more reno projects.

Andrew & Georgia arrived to install new shutoffs, tap and drain for one of our bathrooms. Courteous, knowledgeable efficient, quick, and friendly trades people. Not much more than an hour to complete and cleanup . Happy with the quality work, thank you so much.

Great service. We've had issues with contractors since we bought our house, but we were so pleased with Vandermeulen Plumbing. We were happy with how quickly the company responded to us, how courteous the men were when they did the work here and that they kept right to the estimate price. We had a little issue with a pipe making noise afterwards and Steve sent his men over to fix it that day. I would recommend this company to everyone.
