I accidentally spilled acetone on the surface of our new wooden dining room and ruined it. I was so upset but Ross came to my rescue and completely fixed my horrible mistake. Infact, the table looks even better than when I first bought it.The communication and customer service was great when I first contacted him via email explaining what happened along with some photos of what I did. He was straight forward and helpful. The price was really fair as well. I definitely recommend their services!Thank you for helping me fix my disaster! I'm loving my table's makeover!

After researching several wood refinishing companies in the lower mainland Ross and his team at rediscovering hardwood are far the best.After emailing only photos to Ross while out of town not only did he get back to me quickly but asked about parts of the table that were not in the photos and I had totally forgotten about. His knowledge and his attention to detail are truly an exceptional gift. We recently had my parents old mahogany and oak base dining room table refinished which Ross figures it is over 100 years old. Ross and his team were able to fix the damaged base area and some of the missing scroll detail as well. He stained it to the exact colour sample. You would never know any scroll was missing or that it had any wood damage. The end results are just breath taking as they did such a beautiful job. Ross is an absolute miracle worker when it comes to refinishing wood. I tried to stain my own table and made a horrible mess of it as well as my wood floors that I accidentily stained. He not only did an amazing job of fixing and refinishing my table but also corrected all of the stains on my wood floors. I cannot say enough good about Ross. He is an absolute expert. I was referred to him and am very grateful!
