It’s the beginning for me to use this storage place. So far it’s working out. Great customer service!

My partner and I used this storage facility for 3 months in 2022. We rate them 6/5stars! They were really helpful while we tried to downsize. The staff are super nice and really accommodating. The staff made the process of cleaning out the storage unit easier than it should have been. The cost for storage is extremely reasonable-with first month free! The staff went way above and beyond-taking what’s already a great deal on storage and making it superior to other offers out there. Excellent customer service! Other companies could learn a lot about extraordinary customer service from this company!! Should we find ourselves in this area again, this company will be our first and only option and we’ll be recommending them to friends and family alike! Thanks!

Visited my storage unit for the first time yesterday and the staff was very helpful directly me to my unit. I had to buy a lock and the price was reasonable as was the the charge for the rental unit. It is clean well organized facility secure facility.

Mignon storage is one of the best storage places in St Catharines. It's easy to find it has good friendly staff that explain your responsibilities and there is no bulletin. The facilities are well maintained and if there is any problems they are there for you.The cost of secure storage is well worth it and if you need to change units they will accommodate.Dave is one of the management staff and he is a people person always cheerful and always ready to offer advice and assistance if requiredThere are security cameras and monitoring 24/7.There is a bus stop right there at the entrance and if you need boxes or padlocks they have it.You will never regret using their services because they are the best.My friend recommended that I use their storage and he is very knowledgeable. I'm very happy to be a customer of Migson storage.I'm a satisfied customer and will be returning there tome after time because they have very competitive prices and excellent customer service

Renting a storage unit at Migson Storage was really easy and accessible. I'm a student and only need storage for the summer and Melanie was really nice in helping me get set up and in explaining everything. Being able to access my unit was super easy.

Recently setup for a small unit at this facility. Excellent customer service from Dave the manager. He made it easy to get the unit right away, made sure I was aware of everything on the paperwork so I understood the charges and even made sure I was aware of some of the options to get a discount on my monthly cost ( like leaving a google review!) excellent prices, great employees, highly recommend them!
