It’s pretty cool

i’ve been coming here for a while and it really helps me. the receptionists always greet me by name and are so kind and accommodating. my therapist is phenomenal in her own way, she’s so great at helping me and i really appreciate her services. :)

I've been a client here for several sessions now and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The client care is exceptional, the therapists are caring and qualified, and the environment is welcoming and homely. For youths and students interesting in pursuing therapy, I strongly recommend the TCCT.

This centre provides amazing one on one support/therapy services. The therapy team here are very warm and welcoming and make you feel very safe. I highly recommend this place!!!

the therapists here are great at what they do and make you feel so comfortable!! super accommodating. the receptionists are also super sweet and the whole place is clean and cozy. have been coming for almost a year now and feel it's helped me so much- don't plan on stopping :)

Toronto Counselling Centre is a wonderfully reliable, communicative and forward thinking practice - I highly recommend their services! The pace of my therapy has been set with an awareness for my personal comfort level and needs each and every session. I’ve grown consistently and gained confidence taking action within my personal and professional communities. A rare gem in the city’s offering of therapy services, I have not aged out of or encountered restrictions from assistance offered by Toronto Counselling Centre. Long term troubles, short term stresses, living on the West and East side of the city - the ease of connecting with my counsellor has never wavered and remained accessible through challenges, changes and transitions. Connected to Toronto Counselling Centre, I feel seen and strongly supported - I know someone is on my side and forever in my corner.

I highly recommend this practice. Everyone there is beyond kind and professional and will make you feel very welcomed. Very thankful to have found them.

Our family is so thankful for the therapy services here! The space is welcoming, clean, calm and comfortable. The staff are skilled and our son had benefited from their support. I'd highly recommend them.

after being here i always feel so refreshed and cleansed. its like my reset for the week. my mental health has definitely improved since being here :)
