So many electronics and tools. It's a nerd's candy store. The staff is a little blunt but I can't expect them to know everything. The variety of parts available there is second to none in this area.

Nice to have a local brick-and-mortar source for electronic parts. Staff can be a bit sullen. Some prices are much higher than on Amazon but it's worth it to me for the convenience.

The store has a lot of stuff at a very reasonable price. The people that work there though, are not much help. If you do not know what you are looking for and the application you will leave empty-handed. During my visit I asked a few questions that anyone working at an electronic store would know and all three people that were there at the moment had no idea what the answer was. They also. Did not seem very interested in trying to help.Poor service here. BTW, this was at the Burlington location.

The staff is experienced and helpful and friendly which is appreciated especially this day in age where so many of our suppliers have individuals on the counter with no experience .
